Don’t know why this is showing a pic of a Chick-fil-A building and people talking about drive-thru. This location is located on the 3rd floor of the children’s hospital. Food was still good, though can’t use the Chick-fil-A app here and seating can get crowded on in the food court area. It’s also not located where the pin is on here. It’s located where the blue dot is.

The employees here are superstars! The only reason I am giving it a 1 star on Atmosphere is because there was a patron arguing with her husband named Gary.
She kept yelling: “Gary, you’re causing a scene!”
No, SHE caused the scene.

The employees are nice and the location is convenient in a pinch but it’s so overpriced for old and dry food. They don’t have grilled nuggets or fries or fountain drinks. I paid 16 dollars for stale nuggets with a small salad and bottle

No signs of this location will be found, I had to get there using old school GPS, asking questions. I ordered 2 meals which included drinks and fries, I didn’t get straws and only one of the fries, I should have donde what most people doing, checking their bags before leaving. Food was had a good taste tho.

Long lines, but we arrived at lunch time. Used drive thru and there were friendly staff taking our orders and making sure the traffic kept flowing. Their system is extremely efficient, we were highly impressed. Only disadvantage was we didn’t know the menu well enough to have our minds made up. So a handout menu would have enhanced our personal experience.
