Went to pick up our already ordered items from here and needed veggies for one sandwich on the side, but didn’t have an option online for this. When we finally got our food brought out, we told them we need the veggies for the sandwich on the side. They made us pay for an already paid for item and then came out to the vehicle to scold us before they would bring out veggies some training on people skills. Today was not the day for this and there was no reason to be so disrespectful. Once she finally left our truck it still took another 5 minutes of blocking the drive-thru for everyone before we got our lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Never ever going back after this horrible experience. Chick fil a–do better

We were in the middle of a family crisis, stressed, overwhelmed, and trying to take care of a lot at once. Without hesitation, the team stepped up in a way that meant more to us than they’ll probably ever realize. They helped us put together a party tray of nuggets along with a large amount of fries, and somehow had everything ready in about 15 minutes. That speed alone would’ve been impressive, but what stood out even more was the care, compassion, and calm professionalism they showed during the entire process.
No confusion. No frustration. No attitude. Just people who clearly care about serving others — and they do it with excellence. In moments like that, it’s not just about food. It’s about relief. It’s about feeling supported. And Chick-fil-A delivered on all of that and more.
The food was exactly what you’d expect — fresh, hot, perfectly prepared, and a comfort to everyone who needed it. But the real reason this experience deserves five stars is the heart behind the service. They turned a stressful situation into something manageable and reminded us that there are still businesses out there that genuinely put people first.

I don’t usually leave reviews but the service I received at this Chick fil A truly deserves recognition. I had a minor issue with my order and Brittany, the manager, went above and beyond to make it right. She personally hand delivered the corrected meal, gave a full refund, and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism.
That kind of customer service is rare these days, especially in fast food. Brittany didn’t just fix the problem she made me feel like a valued guest. You can tell this location takes pride in doing things right and it starts at the top.
I come here specifically for the Cobb Salad. It never misses. Always fresh, always consistent. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and they’re quick without cutting corners.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I was called sir twice when it’s very obvious that I am a woman. I had to repeat my order several times. When the order was repeated back to me before taking my payment there was still errors in the order. I thought maybe it was just the one guy working in the line who was careless but I was wrong. When I got to the side to pick up my food the employee handing out orders was rude. To top it off I had to go inside after receiving my order because it was missing an item.

I’ve never had consistent bad experiences with Chick Fil A until this one. Waited in the drive though at a specific spot for 10 minutes due to waiting on apple sauce. Then forgets part of the order. This isn’t the first, second, or even third bad experience here. Will be my last time coming to this one.

The breakfast sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was on point. It was flavorful, warm, and tasty. The service was great, and quick. Breakfast burrito was hot, and packed with flavor. Thank you for the great service on our pit stop.
