Located in Hubbard Hall at TWU. Attempted to order an ice cream cone for the second time in a matter of 5 weeks. First attempt was told they don’t have cones and haven’t for a long time. ???? Was going to be up charged 80 cents for it to be put in a cup. Picked up my money from counter and left.
Yesterday decided to try again as 1st time must have been a fluke; Spoke to person in grey shirt and was told we don’t sell ice cream. Very disappointed in the general lack of concern displayed by both employees. Definitely not in keeping with the usual service I receive from other locations near my home. Retraining in Corporate customer service philosophy, I believe would be a good idea for this location. I might add that hair nets might be in order as well. Chose not to order food from here for this reason.

I usually order the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles. The amnout of times I have ordered that here and still get pickles is ridiculous. Pickles are not just something you can pick off because their flavor seeps in. When I ask to get it corrected, I have been met with annoyance several times.

My food was good, but the service was bad. After waiting in a long line to make an order and paying for my order, I waited while other people got served instantly. I tried to get the staff’s attention several times while they filled the orders of people behind mine, but they didn’t notice me. For some reason, my order had failed to go through their system so they didn’t fill it. I have checked my credit card history – I was definitely charged yet they wanted me to swipe again because they couldn’t tell that my credit card had gone through. My receipt proved that it did, so I showed them my receipt and they finally gave me my order. Due to this delay, I missed the TWU shuttle to get my car and had to eat my food in the cold while I waited for the next shuttle. By the time I could get back, I ended up being counted tardy for class. I should not have had to wait 20 minutes to get food at a Chick-fil-A. They wasted my time for one pre-made sandwich.
