I feel like I should’ve gotten charged for light chicken. $4.99 for an egg white grill with a chicken patty that covers half on the muffin is just bad. A cook definitely should’ve seen that and made the decision to either add another small patty or just get a new one altogether. The chic-fil-a standard has been going down recently and it’s disappointing.

Chick fil a food is usually great and the atmosphere is normally not an issue and they are known for great customer service. I’ve never had this issue before today. I was given the wrong breakfast sandwich from on chick fil an and didn’t realize it till getting to this area. There’s no way I’d make it back to the original store. So I stopped in and asked if there was anything they could do. I was told no that it has to be the store where the issue is from. I get it. This is not your issue but being that you’re known for amazing customer service this fell short. One sandwich to the store means nothing especially since I had the wrong sandwich and my receipt. But to me it would have meant I didn’t have to miss out on breakfast and left with a positive experience. The employee wasn’t rude just not interested in helping.

Would like to thank your staff, Sofia has always been so helpful and friendly always a smile and knows my name every visit for as long as you have been open. Been coming since grandkids were tiny years ago.
Mercedes is also so helpful and friendly remembers that my husband likes half and half gallon of tea, always a smile too.
Also Sylvia is always a friendly smiling help.
Your restaurant is much better than the new Haslet one , they hopefully will get better, we drive from Rhome to yours for the friendly fast service with a smile .

I just this week started re-visiting the Tarrant Pkwy Chick-Fil-A after a few month hiatus after the less than favorable experiences I have had in 2020. Unfortunately, in the first meal I bought for me and my family, I bit into a huge piece of gristle and fat that should have been cleaned off the chicken before placing in the fryer. This turned me off completely to the rest of my sandwich and left me sick to my stomach.
Also, I was drinking a shake and bit down onto a piece of plastic that was in the bottom of my cup. Looks like a piece of a lid maybe?
I’m not a chronic complainer, but I just can’t believe the high rate of bad luck at this particular location in which I visit so infrequently now. Just once, I would like to enjoy an accurate and decent quality meal.

I’ve been to this location so many times in the past and they have always gotten my order correct so these past couple of times I went They have gotten my order wrong 4 times I’ve called 4 times each time they apologized and were very nice and understanding. Today I called them and their manager how was very rude may I add essentially told me that the bagger can’t check the food well no duh Ik that but if there’s a problem shouldn’t you tell your line to be careful and read the orders right? I don’t have time to sit there and check my order each time it comes out of that place. And when I told her she began to backtrack and say that’s not what she meant. So safe to say I will not be returning unless there are major changes. Corporate will be contacted for this issue as they don’t want to fix their issue with me.

I had the most pleasant experience at the drive-through, a young lady by the name of Abigail brightened up my day with her positive energy and professionalism.
As i was pulling up, another staff member by the name of Isaiah told her she talks too much, it was extremely rude and I was shocked that he would say that in front of a customer.
I would’ve left a one star review if Abigail had not brightened up the whole situation with her great attitude.
Don’t listen to the haters Abigail, do your thing girl!
