I went to the Bryant Irving location today because I decided last minute to get breakfast and this location was the closest one. I was sitting in the drive thru from 6:50 – 7:08. When I pulled up to the window 3 ladies were gossiping and looking at each other while moving slow with orders. Plus my “sweet tea” turned out to be an unsweet tea. Never coming back to this location.

I’ve never had an issue with this location until today. My husband and I came to get breakfast my husband ordered a number 4 scramble bowl and the manager who was working the drive thru misheard him and tried to add a number 5. We kept trying to correct her in the drive thru and she kept over talking my husband and still ended up putting the wrong thing. Not a big deal. When we got to the window we clarified with the young lady that was working the window that we wanted a number 4 regular chicken scramble and the manager was behind her, when she heard us fixing the mistake she proceeded to walk around the whole kitchen talking about us to her employees I’m guessing because she was frustrated? I felt that was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful so I told the young lady is that your manager? She responded yes, I told her you need to tell her to fix her attitude because that’s extremely unprofessional that she’s walking around talking about us because she got the order wrong when we we weren’t rude about it or mad. The manager then comes to window and says what’s the problem so I told her you need to fix your attitude because I don’t appreciate you walking around talking about us. She goes who?! Me?! With a smirk on her face. I told her we’re not going to play dumb. I watched you walk to several coworkers say something to them and each one looked at us immediately and either laughed or tried to look away when we met eyes. She then proceeded to tell me that she hit the wrong button and that WE said the wrong thing and I made it clear she misheard or did not understand us which is why we kept trying to clarify. Had she not kept trying to over talk us and handled her self better when we clarified the mistake this all could of been avoided. So Chic fil a please get a new manager that’s professional and mature and from the looks of recent reviews this isn’t the first time people have had this same kind of issue. I’ll also be calling corporate because there was no need for that kind of immaturity over a simple mistake and that clearly shows her management skills.

Important Notice.

Be conscious of your meals.

Chick-fil-a has started using meat slicing appliances to slice ✂️ the chicken sandwiches in half through the center.

You are getting a much smaller portion for the SAME PRICE. I initially thought that the first location ran out of chicken and sliced it in half. It was a very small portion. Then I experienced it in a completely different city.

I contacted management and was told it was not a coincidence. They confirmed that Chick-fil-A has changed their procedure in making the sandwiches. They are slicing the chicken across the center where they can split it into 2 sandwiches, but the customer is still expected to pay full price.

Instead of getting the big piece of chicken, now you will get a very thin slice. They are weighing them to try to set a standard weight.

I noticed the breading does not really stick to the chopped portion of the chicken.

Very disappointed in Chick-fil-A. Amazing and reputable restaurants, but now they are being deceptive and making it about money and not customer service.

They always do a good job. It was super crowded but clean. We received our food quickly. The order was correct. The play space was packed but clean. I’m always amazed at how well they manage such a busy rush.

10 mins before lunch time and they can’t make you regular French fries. Then if you ask them if they can separate the chicken nuggets they won’t do it. Sorry but your leads and managers should be demoted, the services has gotten worse here and they put people in the line which you can’t understand. Altamesa and white settlment have better services. Even McDonald’s has better services here. And if you order door dash from here expect your lunch to be late line of people ready to pickup. Hopefully the district manager reads this.

Staff is nice and attentive but the speed is soooooo slowwww . I placed a mobile order 10 minutes prior to arrival and press “already here” to speed up the process. I still had to wait another 5 -6 mins in store to get my order. The thing is they weren’t even that busy at all. There were like 3 customers in the store and a few cars in drive through.

Slowest CFA I’ve ever been to. I chose CFA because I didn’t have time to stop and eat and they’re usually very quick. This one is so slow that I could have stopped at any other fast foo restaurant and had my food in half the time.

This has to be the worst chick-fil-a in the Dfw area. The service is always slow, the order is rarely right and the service is poor. I have frequented this location for almost 2 years due to its proximity to my work, unfortunately the next closest location is another 10 minutes away each way. It would not be an overstatement to say 80% of my orders are incorrect to some extent. Generally I order carry out on the app so I can grab it and get back to work. I have learned every single time I must check my order. Something is always missing or incorrect. Almost 100% of the time the sauces are not in the bag. This location needs to have undercover boss come in or something, it’s needs changed.
