To start, there were 20 of us and it was getting pretty close to their closing time. We had just finished a match against another school and got hungry so we went to Chick-fil-A. They let us order and eat there. They were really nice and got all of the orders done really fast. The food was great. I got a spicy deluxe meal and man that hit the spot after hours in the 100+ heat running around. Great location and overall a great company. Thank y’all so much!

I got a deluxe chicken sandwich. There wasn’t much flavor and I think the cooking oil needed to be changed. The waffle fries were not cooked completely and had very little flavor. Service was good. The food did not meet expectations.

Ordered two meals with there fries and a cup of soup on the side I got one fry and the cup of soup they don’t pay attention and when I told them about it they said they only charged me for one fry so I had to pay 2.90 for additional fry

Absolutely disgusted by the service and management!!! My mom ordered a shake forgetting to ask for no whip and cherry. She kindly asks them to take off the whipped cream resulting in the employee taking it back, putting her hand in the shake, and scooping out the whipped cream. They handed the shake back to my mom as if her hand was not just in her food/ drink. My mom informed the manager about this, he laughed and then handed her a dessert coupon as if it was no big deal and sent my mom on her “merry way”. What kind of service and management is that?

Worst customer service bar none. They get it wrong give you old chicken, and they are sorry. They don’t offer replacement and the same visit only one bite taken out. Definitely not a good company. Definitely go to another location. Does not represent chick well

Horrified. I placed my order, pulled up to the window. On my order I request a shake vs a soda or tea. When they were handing me the shake I realized there was whipped cream and a cherry. I asked the young man if they could get me one without the whipped cream and cherry. He said yes. As I was looking in the window I saw him hand it over to a young lady. She took the lid off and slid her hand into my shake and pulled out the whipped cream and cherry. Are you flippin kiddin me. The young man came back to the window putting the lid back on and started handing it to me. WHAT! I asked him to get the manager. The manager walked over. I explained to him what I just saw. He walks away and I’m thinking what the heck. He starts heading back to me, stops at the two employees chuckles at them and says…just make her a new one. After the young man gave me the new one the manager came back, hands me a gift card and said “now you can get yourself a treat next time” What????
