Half filled salad. Like, seriously. If you’re going to give half the salad to other restaurants charge half the price. Almost always out of something on the kiosk- fries, salad, ranch, whatever. Also, not necessarily their fault but still worth mentioning – don’t get soda. The soda machines are all broken. Food still tastes the same, but seems like you get less for the same price. I’d only get things that come literally counted, like the 8 count nuggets or something, otherwise they will rip you off.

While I like their Spicy Chicken Sandwich, the most underrated item from here what I feel is their Ice Cream.
I love Chick-fil-A’s ice cream so much that I used to get it every time I passed through that place.

I ordered a Market Salad, and it was obviously passed it’s prime of being good. The chicken was dry, the berries were dark and mushy, the apples were a weird yellow and brown color. This shouldn’t have been served. Of course I was all the way back to my office, just had to toss it and skip lunch.

When I need to eat out, this is my preferred choice.
I have been a regular and loyal client. Their menu does well for both children and adults. I always get tempted to fill in on Saturday to cover for Sunday since they are not open, but I make sure never to miss my favorite meal.

The employees must either not wash their hands or not prepare the food the way they should. They’ve messed up my order thrice and given my girlfriend food poisoning twice (she hasn’t had this problem at any other Chick-fil-A, only this one).
As one of the most popular on-campus restaurants representing a chain known for great chicken, this should not be happening.
I’m very disappointed. Not eating here again.

They changed the way you take orders with a kiosk. This does help a little on speed, but it is annoying that you can not replace or ask for certain changes in your orders because quote ” the kiosk doesn’t allow it.” I simply wanted to get a shake instead of a coke like I always do, but the kiosk doesn’t let me do that.

Every time I come to get food I consider leaving a 1 star review. Here we are. They’re extremely slow and incredibly understaffed. It’s not uncommon for there to be 30 people in line and only one person taking orders. Half the time the food will be cold, they’re out of a sauce, or utensils, or lids, or ice, or something. Many of the employees are visibly iritated, which I can’t blame them, I would be too if I had to take 100+ orders an hour alone. I haven’t spent less than 20 minutes waiting for food here other than a couple times I’ve come before noon.

This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. They tried to save you time by having you order online but it doesn’t help. The app says their wait time is 15 minutes, I waited 35 minutes to get my order. I tried to ask the staff about the wait and why everything was taking so long and I was told to wait in line and they would call when it is ready. I was number 844, when I ordered the lowest number was 830. That’s only 14 orders ahead of me. But I waited, Maybe my order was bigger than everyone else’s orders so that’s why it takes longer. But I started to get annoyed when order number 865 was called before mine. In fact multiple numbers in the 50’s and 60’s were called before mine. So I figured maybe I did something wrong, maybe I’m supposed to do something else, so I tried to ask a team member but instead I was met with “what do you mean? I cannot help you sir, I do not know sir, just wait in line we will get it out soon.
