We stopped here today for lunch and it was awesome! I asked the cashier if my grilled chicken could be cooked without salt as I am sodium restricted, she included instructions to the cook and sure enough no salt was added. I really appreciated that. The manager came to our table to say hello and to make sure everything was satisfactory as well as other staff. It was an incredible experience… I will be going back.

It’s Chick-fil-A, what is there not to love about it. They are consistent and delicious. I stopped to try the new location in Sunnyvale and was pleased by the prompt customer service, cleanliness, and kindness beaming from the staff. The parking area is spacious and the drive thru has 2 lanes to get you in and out quickly. It was very welcoming. I will definitely patron them again.

A few months ago we sat in line forever to get our food. They gave us a gift card to use as our wait was so long. Then the other day we returned to use the gift card only to find out it had a expiration date on the back. I have never given or received a gift card for food with an expiration date? I did try to call the store twice to ask about it but the extension just rang until it disconnected. Never once had this issue at the Forney location. I guess they were sorry about the long wait but not real sorry!

Not real sure how kids this age can be so polite, friendly and attentive, and you see it is a genuine sense of service, I love the way they conduct themselves at work, never seen them outside the job, but I am always surprised by the level of maturity they show, almost like a rich kid that is humble, hard to find I know, a rare Dimond, I know, but chick fil-a service is the BEST, food is always good but to me their kind attentive service takes precedence

NEW LOCATION! GO! GET IN & OUT FAST! Oh boy, BOTH the City of Mesquite and Sunnyvale were awaiting this little gem to arrive, and wow – NO regrets! True to the Chick-fil-A standard, the ordering process is flawless, and the kids are all bright, smiling and courteous. On one of my many visits, today I landed upon the tasty crispy chicken salad. First time, and I am hooked! You just can’t beat this chain, the family values, rapid and always improved scheduling, etc. If you’re in the Sunnyvale/Mesquite area, please stop by and give them you’re business! This is an every time thing and it’s not just this chick fil a but it’s really starting to aggravate me. I ordered a COBB SALAD- SPICY GRILLED FILLET and I always get something other than what I ordered. I call to complain once I got home because that’s when I realized my food was not what I had ordered and they hung up on me.
