I did a mobile order pick up on February 9th. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles, add American cheese, a waffle fry and half and half tea. When I took a bite of my sandwich it tasted funky. I realized they put pickles on the sandwich and just took them off (they do this quite often at this location) the sandwich had random black bits on it as well as a foreign green substance. I did a feedback survey issue and haven’t heard back from anybody. Super disappointing

Terrible pickle ratio. I’m always a die hard chick fil a fan, don’t get me wrong! Same order every time, so I can tell you this is a universal problem with all chick fil a’s in Oklahoma County. Usually, everything is perfect, almost too perfect EXCEPT the pickle ratio. Never good pickle ratio. Knowing the net worth of chick fil a, I expected more pickles. And don’t get me started about the cost to add extra pickles when they add a single extra pickle.

I had rid myself of the Chick-fil-A temptation for about a year. In my last few experiences from some locations the chicken nuggets (my go to) weren’t the same as I had come to love. Im a texture person, so if I’m getting something fried it has to have a crisp. Well for some time that along with the taste has been disappointing with me. Low and behold I endured up at this Chick-fil-A on an outing with my son. When seeing the line he insisted that we just head home and grab something from the one closer to our destination. Me on the other hand made the decision that going ahead and staying where we were would be best. For one we had be out to try a local spot but it was closed so I was hungry. Reasoning 2 was even if we went to the other one it’s Chick-fil-A there’s still gonna be a line but what if for some reason I miss out on an opportunity to get good, hot, crispy nuggets. I was willing to take that chance here since I’ve had the latter. We’ll to sum it up my gut feeling did not disappoint. The food was so fresh and hot. As soon as I open the box of nuggets I was so amazed at the beautiful 12 crunchy delights in front of my. OMG they weren’t burned nor soggy with soft breading. I sincerely thank you guys for sticking to a quality standard that didn’t make me regret spending money which is always my ultimate goal when eating out. For all the fails I faced that day that meal was a big highlight for me.

I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the counter taking my order were super nice and made sure everything was correct before finalizing it. They had great energy and really made the start of my visit feel pleasant.
When our food was brought out, the guys who delivered it actually used our names, which I really appreciated. It made the service feel more personal and genuine — you could tell they cared about giving great customer service, not just getting food out fast.
There was also a guy who seemed to be the manager, and he was awesome. He came by our table a couple of times to check in, asked if we needed anything, and made sure everything was perfect. You don’t always get that level of attentiveness, so it really stood out.
As for the food — everything was fantastic! It came out quickly, was hot and fresh, and tasted exactly how Chick-fil-A should. The fries were crispy, the chicken was juicy, and everything was served with a smile.
Overall, this location really impressed me. It’s clear the whole team takes pride in their work and genuinely wants customers to have a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Chick-fil-A again soon!

I don’t even know where to start — this Chick-fil-A in OKC completely redefined what I thought “fast food” could be. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, everything felt different. The employees weren’t just polite — they were like rays of sunshine with name tags. Every “my pleasure” felt genuine, like they actually meant it. My order was taken with a smile, my food came out in record time, and everything was perfectly fresh — like it was crafted in heaven itself. The chicken sandwich was so hot and crispy it felt like it was fresh from the fryer of the gods, and the waffle fries? Golden perfection with just the right amount of salt. Even the lemonade tasted like it was squeezed by angels. The whole restaurant was spotless — not a single crumb on a table, not a single sticky spot on the floor. The manager even walked around checking on people like it was a five-star restaurant. Every single employee looked happy to be there, which honestly made the whole experience feel peaceful and welcoming. It’s rare these days to find a place that truly cares about its customers, but this Chick-fil-A sets the standard. I can Whole heartedly say this is the best chick fil A I have ever been too. The food was great and the customer service given was exceptional. We had 6-7 people order and all got our orders correct within 3 minutes after ordering.
