This location is in Downtown Little Rock on Broadway and is a very unique location compared to some other locations. It has the drive-thru and mobile order lanes that one usually expects and then also has walk-up windows and a patio setting instead of an indoor dining area from what I saw. The location is always very well kept and nice-looking when I come through. There is a gentleman in the drive thru named Alfredo who took my order and was super friendly and genuinely nice. All of the staff are always nice. Drive thru lane was quick and got me on my way with my chicken minis and tea, which are always delicious!

As much as I love this place, I will never eat at this location ever again. The managers do not know what they are doing, and you get different stories from each of them. There seems to be no manager in charge of them all. If one manager tells you something, another can override what that manager says, meaning too many leaders and not enough soldiers. One manager was going to replace our meal that was messed up. My daughter walked there to get it just to be told by another manager that they will not replace it but will put it on my debit card. We did not want the refund, just the food. Now my daughter has to walk back home to get my card and walk back there. I will hold that manager and store responsible if something happens to her as I am a disabled combat veteran and cannot walk my self. Now, instead of keeping my money and just fixing my order, I am eating elsewhere when my refund comes in. Your lost, not mine.

10$ meal, very nice for a very simple burger. The chicken patty was good. Was hype being the best but normal. Desappointed when I saw it’s only a soft chicken between two bread and two cornichon. Will try the deluxe next time. Service was great tho.

Since adding the Mobile Thru line, it has been a much better experience coming to this Chick-Fil-A. It has been a much faster and smoother experience when using the Mobile App. However, the food portion sizes are not comparable to other Chick-fil-A’s in the area. When ordering the breakfast bowl, the amount of food is roughly half of the container whereas other Chick-Fil-As nearby are generally full to the top.

Smells heavily of weed all around the building. Nasty (not family-friendly; vulgar and explicit rap) music was blasting where they hand your food out after ordering in the drive thru—I had my toddler with me, and could not believe I was hearing this at a Chick fil A of all places. Asked about a toy for kids under 3 for the kids meal…it’s a nonissue at 20+ other Chick fil As, but they looked at me like I had three heads for asking. They also seemed super annoyed that I didn’t just pull away without checking my order. No inside bathrooms…super crap for people traveling through and trying to do a quick, efficient stop. Food was okay and exterior looked nice from all angles, but man, this place needs some management and some training. Yikes.

As solid as Chick-fil-A normally is. This Chick-fil-A only had outdoor seating and not indoor unfortunately. The staff are always very friendly and sometimes service can be slow when they’re super busy at lunch.
