Really great tasting chicken, fries were soft with a light salting, Mac-N-Cheese was gooey and cheesy, quite delicious as well. Service and friendliness of employees was best I’ve ever experienced. Most comfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in, in a restaurant. Lots of reasons they stay packed around the clock.

I placed a mobile order for the drive thru and they gave my order to the car in front of me and then made me park and wait 10 minutes. Weird, because it didn’t take them 10 minutes to make the same order and give it to the car in front of me. I am also curious what the point of asking for a name and car description is if the employees are just going to guess which car to give each bag to? Food is good though, come here if you are blessed with patience and free time.

This particular Chick Fila was amazing. I know all of these restaurants have the same rigid style and standards, but this one was really good. I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit sandwich and it was really good! I mean really good. Like I cannot wait to eat it again. It was really that good.

I am so disappointed in this location that I will no longer visit another location like this again… the food was cold and dry the fries where from the bottom because they were just crumbs and cold… and good luck making a complaint because no one contacts u back and nothing gets done about it… this is surprising because I use to enjoy this restaurant but not anymore and my favorite part was the fries but not anymore… I still have the receipt and what’s said is I almost spent 35 dollars for cold food and no good service on the part of me trying to complain with them and not here but yea I am now and I will let others that I know about my experience to where they will beware and not go to this location

I’ve never seen service like this at a Chick-fil-A location. Kayla you asked who I was picking up for only to stand right in front of me and yap to your coworker. Never once went to check to see if the order was ready. It was and was just sitting on the counter.

What gives with this location??? I always forget when I Uber here I need to pick thru my chicken sandwich to make sure there’s no dark black meat in there and it’s honestly disgusting. Scrolled down in the lowest rated comments and another person got the same…. Dark meat chicken inside of their sandwich. Idk if they are using older chicken, if they don’t care, or what.. But theirs is horrible. Do yourself a FAVOR and go to the college drive one, have a sandwich there, and tell me if there’s a difference! The service is even better too! Every single time I eat my sandwich is a strange tasting piece, dark inside. Just disgusting. Do yourself a favor, eat somewhere else.

Ordered a meal with a large fries but received a medium, mistakes happen so it was no big deal, wrapped back around to get the large, and they took the medium from me and threw it away… That is ridiculous, not only did I not get compensation, which I didnt expect anyway, but they took a perfectly fresh medium fry to throw in the garbage… when I told them I would keep it instead of the large so no food goes to waste. Ridiculous.

Recently started asking you to pull around to a parking spot to wait for your food. Currently waiting 15 minutes and still no food. Expected more from Chick-fil-A, guess this location has gone downhill.
