This was so delicious. I had never been here before and my husband and I decided to stop here instead of where we were planning to go for my birthday lunch. My husband has eaten Buck Tui BBQ previously at a catered lunch and said it was really good. I am so glad we changed our plans. The food was hot, fresh and full of flavor. Portion size was the right amount too. The Phad Thai Brisket was so good, it will be hard to pick something different on our next visit. The brisket Rangoon wa amazing. Robust flavor and crispy.
Service was super friendly and food arrived timely.

The food was phenomenal. Our table got the Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai Brisket, Red Curry Burnt Ends, and Burnt Ends with fries.
Each dish had an amazing flavor profile. We’ll definitely be coming back. Before I forget, try the wings with the creamy tiger cry sauce.

Buc Tui is a unique fusion of Kansas City BBQ & Thai cuisine. The pulled pork crab rangoons were a good take. The Som Tom (green papaya salad) had serious heat from the Thai chillis & great flavors like the food carts on a street in Bangkok. The crispy chitlings added a wonderful touch/crunch. This needed an ice cold Singha Thai beer. The smoked pork belly with panang curry sauce with peanuts was simply divine.

What a fun, unique, and delicious experience. I’ve traveled the world and been to many kinds of restaurants, but I’ve never been to a Thai/BBQ fusion spot! Everything we had was absolutely incredible, and the service was top notch. The owners have an amazing story and are a gift to the community. Must go!

Run to BuckTui! Run! The food is astounding! The customer service is just as amazing as the food, and don’t get me started on the cocktails! This place is my new favorite spot! The manager Craig is so kind, attentive, and professional. You can tell he puts his heart is into the place. The employees seem genuinely happy to be there and that’s hard to come by these days. When Jenny is behind the bar, you know without a doubt you’ll be taken care of. Chloe has the patience of a saint and will answer your questions with ease. I literally can’t stay away. I hope they don’t grow sick of me. Do yourselves a favor and experience the hype for yourselves. Your tastebuds will thank you for this fun fusion later! P.s. The playlist is something to brag about too.

This place is the most slept on, unique, food spot that I’ve been to in a long time. Yes they have some kind of restricted hours, but when your food is this good, who cares? I’d come at midnight, or 6am, to eat this awesome fusion, BBQ spot. The flavors in their dishes are so crazy. They have everything from traditional BBQ dishes, to Brisket Rangoon, to Red Curry Brisket, the best potato salad I’ve ever had, and one of the best sandwiches probably on the face of the planet, the X-Man. The X-Man has housemade sausage, pulled pork, brisket, coleslaw, pickles, and cheese. Regardless of what you choose, this place will not disappoint. Must try! 10 out of 10, would recommend.

This is KC style thai food! They have the authentic thai dishes topped with the finest KC style BBQ in each dish. If you like both worlds the brisket pho is a must! They are busy during lunch hours so the atmosphere is a bit loud and bustling. Avoid those times if you want to dine in peace. The menu is a bit on the pricey end and the portions are not overwhelming. Overall service is great, so if you are in the area, definitely check this place out!

Sat outside which was nice. The drinks were great and the service even better. As an app we ordered the wings. Very good and full sized. The tiger sauce was flavorful and could be added to anything. For the entree, I ordered the platter which came with pulled pork, sliced brisket and Thai sausage. The pork was juice and tender and the brisket was ok but that Thai sausage was the best. As a side I got the Mac and cheese.stay away from the Mac. It was watery and almost no flavor.

The brisket fried rice was out of this world—a wild, brilliant fusion I never knew I needed. The flavors were perfectly balanced. The spicy peppers made me tear up like I was eating Thai food, but the sweetness of the barbecue cut through all that heat for a mind-blowing contrast.

Absolutely incredible food! Some of the best I’ve had in KC. Every item we got was perfectly seasoned. Great cocktails also.
