family and me have been going here since they opened. i do really enjoy it here with how quick they are and majority of staff is polite. i’ve had a few issues with how we’ve been treated, like asking for a diet coke over three times and still getting a regular coke, but overall this is a good spot for family or a quick meal. inside is clean and their bathrooms are too. runs quickly in the drive through and inside. i also recommend using their mobile app to place orders! so much quicker and if you have a large order it would be very helpful.

Absolutely abysmal management at this location, an embarrassment to the Chick-fil-A brand. I ordered fries and mac & cheese, and through their mistake, I was handed two fries. When I simply pointed out the error they made, I was hit with an upcharge for the mac & cheese — fine, I paid it. But then they had the audacity to demand the extra fry back.
Let that sink in. A manager at a fast food restaurant looked a paying customer in the eye and asked for a french fry back.
Beyond the sheer pettiness of that decision, it raises a deeply disturbing question: what exactly are they doing with returned food? Are contaminated, already-handled items being resold to unsuspecting customers, or just casually tossed in the trash? Neither answer inspires any confidence in how this kitchen operates.
And the food quality? Just as disappointing. The fries I kept were nothing but broken, sad little fragments scraped from the bottom of the bag, the kind of scraps you’d expect to find leftover after everyone else has already been served. And the cookie? Rock hard. Not fresh, not warm, not anything resembling what you’d expect to pay good money for. It was stale to the point of being inedible.
This wasn’t a gray area. This wasn’t a difficult call. This was a textbook case of how NOT to run a restaurant- wrong orders, substandard food, and a manager with the audacity to nickel-and-dime customers over a mistake they made, with zero grace, zero common sense, and zero regard for basic food safety or customer dignity. A competent manager should know that once food leaves the counter, it does not come back. Full stop.
This location is a stain on a franchise that built its reputation on service. Do better – or frankly, let someone more qualified run the store.

I am in operations management for Waffle House Inc. and I visit this chic fil a location most mornings on my way to work and recognize most of the morning crew. I always order the hashbrown scramble bowl with spicy chicken. As a busy professional in the restaurant industry with a fast paced schedule, I am so pleased with not only the staff, but the quality and presentation of your product specifically at this location. Pride in your work is evident in the little things: The chicken is always cut into bite sized pieces and blended well rather than just strips sliced across a pile of eggs. The bowl is always full ensuring your customers feel good about the value of their dollar spent. Your team is always positive and truly represent the spirit of the Lord every morning. On the rare occasion a mistake is made, it is quickly corrected without disdain, but rather a genuine concern for my satisfaction ensuring that I believe it is honestly “your pleasure” to provide your customer with not only a product, but an experience all in a matter of minutes. We ordered 3 meals thru thr drive thru . They completely left out one of the sandwiches. We pay money for the food and the gas to get it and this is unacceptable. I was gonna split my sandwich but my husband would not hear of that. They offer to put a sandwich on the App cause we paid for it already but what about for our inconvenience. They need to have better training at the Millerville location. I am NOT a happy customer at all.

Food was hot and fresh. Service was pleasant. Drive through moved fairly swiftly. Order was accurate. My only very minor complaint is no plastic ware was provided with the order. Not an inconvenience this time because we brought the food home to eat and had silverware to use, of course. However, it could present more of an inconvenience for people who planned to eat on the go or picnic or something. Just a quick double check to ensure a fork or spoon is included for certain items would be a fix.

OTHER establishments, that have drive thru service, need to pay attention to Chici-fil-A. They truly have it figured out. I drove up and the drive thru was extremely busy. I figured I would be waiting for quite a while.

Spent $11 on 12 nuggets and a large soda… The nuggets were chewy and disgusting. Not sure what’s wrong with em, but I gagged. Tried a couple more but couldn’t eat em. Threw them away in the store.

Hopefully it wasn’t expired chicken or undercooked, but something was really bad about em.

9/23 2:43pm. Wow! The whole place is so peaceful without the female manager barking at people.

The whole atmosphere was better. The whole team say hi, people were quick and the order was right.

It’s not the team, it’s the leader…

Walked in for a catering order. Told them my name. Took em 10 minutes to get my order and I was not early for the order.

Ordered Mac and cheese for 25. It makes me list how many plastic wear is needed… Still didn’t include it.

Good thing I have forks. -_-

Hot and crispy fries!
Served me the horrible nuggets, BUT when I made a comment about it they did fix it.

I don’t like having to be the bad guy to get my order looking good, but this was a better experience than what it’s been for awhile now. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars.

Let’s continue to improve and make your value worth the crazy prices!

Bad move. John is gone and the rudest manager in the store is still employed.

Someone, somewhere, made bad choices. John was the reason I went here. I even introduced my workers to him. Such an uplifting individual and thoughtful with his encounters.

This location is by far the worst I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal with pepper jack cheese first I want to say please check your order before you leave they did not put my fries in the bag so I had to get right back in line on top of that I asked for pepper jack cheese they put American cheese on my sandwich unbelievable they need to do better and do their job correctly it’s annoying you pay your money at these places and they can’t follow simple instructions this is the WORST chic fil a ever !!!!!
