I put an order online for pickup at Millerville location Saturday morning. They told me to let me know when I’m there and they’ll prepare my food so it’s hot and fresh when I get it. I let them know I was there 2 mins before I actually made it. When I made it there, I 6 in, and all 3 staff members behind the counter greeted me and asked if I had a pick order and said yes. They asked me my name, if I gave it to them and my food was ready for me! I ordered 2 egg white grills (no cheese) with grape jelly, and they were fresh, hot, and delicious. Chick-fil-a never fails! Great job, guys!

The quality and customer service at this location is slowly declining. I was in drive thru this morning and ordered a grilled chicken muffin sub biscuit which usually comes with grilled chicken, egg white, and cheese. This is what I received this morning. The customer service is the only reason they didn’t get 1 star.

This location is a hit or miss….sometimes, the food is great. Others, it’s like I could have gone somewhere else. Management can do a little better with how they talk & interact with customers & employees. My nuggets were cooked fresh to order as requested, but the fries were at best Luke warm. The macaroni was a bit dry… it could have been better overall.

Whoever is on your night shift working the window for June 8th 2023 at 9PM needs to be fired immediately. Worst service I’ve ever experienced I cannot even believe how rude these two girls were. I literally drove away baffled. Never in my life have I experienced this at a drive-thru window especially at a Chick-fil-A of all places who is known for their amazing customer service! My mind is absolutely blown.

Went to do a food delivery pickup. Requested a plastic bag to prevent food from getting rained on due to weather outside. Guy told me they weren’t allowed to do so because “management says its only for salads” expressed my concern, but agreed to disagree as it is their policy and their bags. Was approached by another team member randomly after issue had been resolved named Aaliyah asking the problem (unsure of the reason). informed her she restated the same thing. Told her it was already understood and I was just waiting on a paper bag (to seal drink). Aaliyah stated “im off the clock so what’s up” while getting in a fighting stance. Informed her that this was a public place and kids were present; also nothing is worth fighting a stranger over but especially not a plastic bag lol. She eventually stormed out the building. I sealed the drink myself and delivered the food to A CUSTOMER ordering from THE HOSPITAL and blind. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Speaking generally for Chick Fil A and not this location, beyond all the addictive MSG they put in the food, I honestly don’t get it. It commands a long line like it’s In-N-Out Burger, but the truth is its not In-N-Out level fast food and simply not THAT good. It’s just… average and I can’t understand people being unable to see that.
