Had lunch here on a Saturday. The drive through line was very long. We decided to eat inside. There was no wait inside. The staff was friendly and efficient. My chicken sandwich was great. The restaurant was clean. Lots of little kids eating and playing in the playground. Looks like a well run restaurant.

This place is ridiculous. It the cleanest, most professional restaurant I think I’ve ever been to. The bathroom looked like it had just been professionally cleaned. I’ve stayed in fancy hotels with bathrooms that weren’t as clean.
There’s a guy who just walks around wiping down EVERY surface, tables, counters, seats, and trash cans, doorknobs.
This is the first time I’ve ever been here, and because I’m not in this area often it may be the last time, but it I’m ever out this way again I’ll come here first.

With how much a meal costs you should be able to request a decent amount of pickles. I love eating them with my fries but the last 2 times Iv come, Iv been told I can have 2 sides. Which is 4-5 pickles. I wouldn’t be opposed to paying extra for the convenience of a handful in 1 bowl.

Honestly we probably eat here once a week living near by. I don’t think they have ever got our order wrong. Service is always amazing and the food is hot and fresh. Thank you chick fil a for exceeding in excellence and being better than all other fast food chains!

Food was terrible. Visited on Dec. 23 around 9:45pm. Waited in line nearly 20 minutes. Nuggets were hard and cold, tea was light brown basically water, and fries reeked of old grease and were un-edible, completely unacceptable. Bad food should never be served.

Slowest Chick-fil-A in Louisiana. Really they should take notes from the one off Millerville. Parking here is absolutely horrendous. Slow service means slow turn around for being able to park. This location blocks off good parking spots on the side of the building to open a 3rd drive-thru lane which would be unneeded if they were just faster with turn around. Having to park at surrounding businesses to have to walk far to the door doesn’t work for everyone.

My order was wrong and I spoke with the manager Josh. Needless to say I will never go to another chick fil a again. This guy needs to be fired immediately. Instead of fixing my order he pointed out how I was wrong and I got what I ordered. I asked him to playback the tape because I never ordered Mac and cheese instead of fries. Im taking this all the way to corporate, i dont appreciate being talked down to, JOSH. Customer service jobs definitely dont seem to be your calling. Maybe you should try going into law since you love arguing with people.
