I like Chick-fil-A for the exceptional service. However, service is changing just like alot of things I guess.I ordered a #4 – 3 count. I heard them call my name so I went up to the counter. I told the young who had been giving the found out. She looked at my order and said they are getting it ready. When clearly it was ready. She walks away. Eventually, the other lady picks up the tray and walks around the restaurant gives one tray out and the comes back and give me my tray. By this time my found is not hot like I like it. I only had a few fries. I think 8. Very disappointed this time.

Honestly, this was the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited, which was really disappointing. There were plenty of employees working, but no one seemed concerned about the overflowing trash bins or the trash scattered around the dining area. Tables were left uncleared for long stretches, making it feel unkempt and poorly managed. On top of that, I had to ask for my frosted lemonade three separate times over about 15 minutes before I finally received it. The lack of urgency and attention to cleanliness really took away from what is usually a reliable experience.

The food was hot and fresh to go when I got there. For a location that’s very busy they get the customers orders out fast and correctly. The spicy chicken sandwich was just right and the grilled chicken sandwich was very good. The chicken was very tinder.

Worst run Chick-fil-A in Louisiana. Customer service is atrocious, our food was left sitting on the counter for at least 8 minutes instead of being brought to our table (mobile dine-in order). Finally had to go to the counter to get our food and it was cold. None of the sauces that were part of our order were included, so that required a second trip to the counter. Despite having a small army of employees, only half appeared to be doing any productive work. The manager was nowhere to be seen. What should have been a quick lunch stop with the family turned in a long and disappointing experience.

I will never go back to another chik fil a after my experience at this one off Louisiana Ave. I had to wait 20 mins for one damn milkshake after ordering at the counter. Reminded the staff several times after people who ordered after me started getting their large meals. By the time I got my milkshake it was half melted. Staff rolled their eyes at me the whole time. I always thought chik fil a was supposed to be this stand-out brand with great customer service. They are dead to me now.

So disappointed. Waited in line for 30 minutes for an app order. Get the order, it’s missing items. Pull around park and go in, they give the missing items. Get home bite into a chicken tender and it looks like this. No point in calling because they’re so busy they won’t answer. Can’t get a refund in the app since I ordered through the app I have to either go in or call and try to work the situation out. Not worth it. Now I’m out of almost 40 dollars. That’s just crazy.

Poor service from drive-thru, completely incorrect order. 2/3 of order was both wrong items and had extra charges but were not given what we paid for.

Called to get correction, answered with an attitude and poor service once again. Never had service this bad from chic-fil-a and clearly can see why this one has lower ROI annually.

Employee hung up the phone and audibly was complaining upon hang up. Go to ambassador or johnston because this is not worth your time and the employees are infinitely nicer and more accurate on food.

Hearing hire ups complain in ear of customers is always off putting… the food is somehow very nasty. Idk if its the grease or mix they use but this location is notorious for bad food service. Management isnt probably taking the things they should seriously. Consumer america at its finest.

Wondering why aren’t the actual drive thru lanes being used to order at the menu board? They have 5 workers outside trying to take orders but the workers aren’t trained properly and aren’t asking people to pull up as far as they can to not back up traffic. They usually have huge gaps between the vehicles and now causes backups into the main road. If they would go back to the menu board ordering this would solve that issue with the huge gaps between vehicles. And you could have more workers in the kitchen versus being outside to take orders. One more thing….the not being able to see a menu when pulling up to order is not a great sales tactic based on the new menu items offered. Just something to think on. I still love Chick-fil-a, but just curious on these changes.

Always good for fast food. Convenient to a supercharger to eat while you are charging. Drive through is always crazy full but they do move pretty quick.
