I was sitting down enjoying my salad when a lady started to take out the trash. I completely smelled the trash ammonia through the air. I told the front desk and he said well they have to take out the trash and then said he agreed but I shouldn’t of sat next to a trash can. I said then why would they put a table next to a trash can. It’s simple to understand that you wait till someone finishes their food before taking a trash out next to them. No one wants to smell the trash and it must not be a clean can at all. It was so gross, I have certificates in food safety the bacteria from the trash can spread and the bacteria can definitely get on the food. This was so rude. Then they stared at me and talked about me in the corner. She was watching me the whole time. It was weird. The other lady at the desk said she totally understands. I guess men don’t get it.

I’m a dasher and every time I go in the store there’s this Mexican woman that works behind the counter that keeps saying make sure they confirm because they steal, and she’s saying this loudly. I have stood in the store waiting for my food and watch many dashers coming to get their food because this worker would scream doordash order in the name and when a Caucasian person walk up to grab it she do not ask them to confirm but she always give a black person a hard time I have called and reported her and also I never received the call back I called her out on her foolishness one day in front of a manager nothing happened I called corporate nothing haven’t never received a call back I’m not sure what’s her problem but I do not like to be accused of something because one person did something if that’s the case we can go down memory lane.

On May 19th 2023 at 8:50 PM. I drove through drive through which had lite traffic at the end of the night. A nice young man Took my order he was pretty pleasant but once I got close to the Drive through window a young lady walked to me with my food and frosted lemonade drink. The drink had sweat on the side of it ( Condensation )and was super watery I asked the young lady whom had glasses on if she could just throw it away because it obviously had been sitting and she stated that she Couldn’t take anything from Us anymore because that’s a hazard which I totally understand but as a valued customer that has a business in Metairie Louisiana. What I would have done for any unhappy paying customer was to at least attempt to care enough to replace it with another drink or offer my customer a refund for that item but that would be to much to ask for Especially since money is involved. This is not the first Time that I have received food cold, made wrong or not well prepared.. I was willing to throw away a drink that I had just purchased that cost well over $5. That’s how bad I did not want the unpleasant Experience are the drink.
