Chick-Fil-A has been making headline breakthroughs on their quality. Food and employees are courteous. Always great to help. They really picked it up since they started a long time ago. I think everybody all over the state knows the restaurant quite well. Delicious food and a signature chicken sandwich. It’s nothing like a nice hot chicken sandwich. Do you satisfy a person that is hungry?

Chick-fil-A. They’re the best with fast food restaurants. The lines are long, but move quickly. They have a system that herds the patrons along. The food is delicious, & hot. Inside has tables, suitable for kids. It’s not quiet. They’re staff is very helpful and friendly.

This location consistently mess up orders. They lack consistency, organization, and time management. Overall, this is one of the worst locations to patronize. I ordered a grilled nugget and mac and cheese and ended up with a chicken sandwich and a mac and cheese. Again, this hasn’t been the first time.

Ordered a Cobb Salad but got what I’d call a “Chik Debris Salad.” Mostly leftover fried crumbs and scraps from the bottom of the pan, hardly any real chicken. Very disappointing for a place that usually sets the bar high. Chick-fil-A, you can do better!

One of the workers told us we could get a free small milkshake, but didn’t mention we had to be a certain rank to get it. When we went to the window, another worker told us we couldn’t get it because of our rank, and then they started arguing with us.
Mat, the manager, was there, but instead of resolving the situation, it turned into about 10 minutes of back-and-forth with them giving us the wrong information, telling us we had to pay for it, and just generally not helping. Eventually, we did get the milkshake, but by that time, it had already melted from all the waiting.
To top it off, all 4 of the workers had attitudes the whole time, making the situation even more uncomfortable. It was a really frustrating experience, and I feel like it could’ve been handled much better. I hope this is something you can address with the team to avoid issues like this in the future.

Fila is the epitome of a properly run restaurant. From the friendly and fast service to the food itself, its always “my pleasure” and served hot and fresh. Courtney does a great job. These egg n cheese biscuits are fantastic way to start the day. Fila beats kfc and popeyes hands down simply due to the service. I get treated terribly at other places

Usually a good experience! But they are getting awful pricey!! Also I’ve noticed they have been skimping on the waffle fries even more than usual! You’re lucky if the waffle fries even fill the little container! I also have had a couple of orders delivered which were incorrect and when I called the store, the person I spoke to was unwilling to correct it. I’m sadly disappointed.

Crazy I ask for honey mustard sauce and didn’t get it for my nuggets. Ask for honey mustard for the salad receive one pack. This is ongoing I’m usually quiet and would go home and use a different sauce but jeez it’s seeming this is all the time now . After friending 20$ I deserve to get some sauce huh
