I ordered from here through DoorDash (I ordered on the Chick Fil A app), and my salad was literally half wilted and gone bad. It was buried underneath everything so I had to dig and it took out more than half of my salad in the end… Fries were good as always though

It’s a chick-fil-A. Food is always good, and they’re always busy. Only thing I don’t like is the people standing outside to take your order at the drive thru. I always feel rushed, and just get the same thing every time because I can’t look at a menu. I know, the menu isn’t that big and I can look online ahead of time, or look at the card they are holding, but it just seems like it’d be easier to order at a screen.

This place is the new Mcdonalds. Slow, expensive and the food quality is terrible. I used to rely on this place to have a fairly quick drive through, rare to have the order not correct and they generally don’t serve you stale heat lamp food, not any longer. This place is like McDonalds, only more expensive. The drive through is now so slow, once you make it through, they have you park and sit with your blinkers on for 10 minutes while you wait for your $60 worth of cold, stale, SHRINKFLATED, salty heat lamp bag of crap. The only guarantee is there will be something incorrect or missing from your order, you know, because fast food preparation is such a difficult task.

We came in for dinner tonight and had a man named Todd for our cashier. He was such a delightful man. He was fun, witty, accommodating, friendly, and cheerful at the register. While ordering, he told us about a kale salad we had never tried, but we were craving the waffle fries and decided we would probably try the kale salad another time. While eating, we saw him again in the dining room and had another super pleasant interaction with him. We told him we were looking forward to trying the kale salad next time we come eat there, but Todd went above and beyond by BUYING us one to try and bringing it to us at the table. We were blown away by his over-the-top exceptional customer service and his genuine kindness. This was such a rare customer service interaction in today’s world and we thoroughly enjoyed Todd’s energy and the way he connected with all customers throughout out meal. Hope to see him again.

Todd made the entire experience so smooth that I briefly wondered if he was using magic. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about making sure everything was handled perfectly. It’s rare to see a manager so on top of things without making it feel stiff or scripted. If every business had a Todd, customer complaints would basically go extinct.

Great food, staff and environment! Very clean restaurant! It was so nice to stop here on our road trip. My youngest played in the indoor play area, the older kids sat and talked. Food was good and a server came to see if we needed refills on our drinks. Reasonably priced, and easilly the best choice of fast food in the area. Awesome customer service.

Im am leaving a 5 star because I love this place. But had always wanted the breakfast. So today I got the sausage breakfast bowl. It was a five . But the size was a one star. I was disappointed the bowl it less than half full .

I took my business group here for dinner after we had group. It was the most pleasurable experience as all of the employees there were amazingly polite and helpful. Saul who took our order and brought out all of our food was outstanding his customer service was second to none it was amazing to be treated so well. Before we left Quinton was sure to ask all of our group members if they wanted their drinks refilled before we left. The amount of politeness and service is truly that have a five-star restaurant or better and this is fast food. This restaurant is always great but this time it was even held to a step higher than usual I applaud the team here who is working April 4 around 9 PM when we arrived they definitely are doing the most wonderful job, and because of that I will be back multiple times with my group. I am a vegan and they made sure to recommend the kale crunch which was one of the vegan options that they had available. Kudos to that whole team and especially Saul and Quinton who helped us out.

I just grabbed lunch and asked for a large fry and grilled club pretzel meal. I asked for lots of chick fil a sauce. I got charged and received the medium fry with meal and an extra large fry. Just wanted the meal fry to be large. So now with my 2 fries I have a total of 2 dipping sauces yet no joke 6 of the sandwich sauce packets. That is a joke!
