The place looks nice and portions are filling but the manager, a very thin blonde young lady, standing there with her phone in her hand directing where everyone should work made no effort to help any of them take or fill orders, spoke to them curtly, and literally just stood there watching everyone else work while she did nothing. The staff were visibly on edge due to her presence and I was thankful I have a job somewhere else. And apparently chic fil a is hurting for money because the only staff member that was on time for the 5 o’clock shift was told to wait 2 minutes to clock in. This effectively saves the company 1 minute of overtime; everyone else was late by a few minutes. Ridiculous.. save the staff!!

I had just missed a coupon and money is tight. Thanks to Isaiah I got to eat with my babies instead of skipping a meal. This made my day above and beyond. The icing on the cake? He threw in a brownie for my little ones!!! This man is a legend. GOD BLESS YOU ISAIAH!

Oh Chick-fil-A there’s so many positive things I could say about you may I just start by saying that this food is the most scrumdiddlyumptious food I’ve ever eaten genuinely it’s always hot and fresh even when I get it to go it’s always hot no matter what and I just don’t even know how they do this to their workers but they’re so respectful no matter what I’m a big believer that you don’t use your personal life in your work life And Chick-fil-A is a great job of that you could be having the worst day ever and you just see one of those workers smiles and your day your mood it’s lifted. It’s amazing and they’re saying outside no matter the weather range snow shine tornado hurricane in Nebraska, we don’t really have hurricanes in Nebraska ha ha ha, but no matter the weather they’re sitting out there with a jolly good attitude, taking my order, saying my pleasure. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, especially this location. I never had a single problem with them and I absolutely think that they deserve the world #5StarBaddiesILoveYouYouDeserveTheWorldAndMore.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m serious. They may be on on the pricier side of fast food, the Jesus chicken cannot be beat, especially since the price difference between McDonald’s and Chick-fil-A is so close. It’s almost a no-brainer, you get a better quality of food, and a staff that has mastered the art of customer service, my only complaint would be the dining room is a bit small and of course they are not open on Sundays. But these are very nitpicky to say the least. Definitely my go-to on Uber eats will forever be returning! Also, that Austin gentleman at the counter deserves a raise, his expert management skills Let him lead his staff like they were a true well-oiled machine!

For my first time eating at Chick- fil-a I was excited. The food was good at first until I found a string in my sandwich and then my experience went down hill. I couldn’t eat the rest as I was worried I’d find more. It’s sad my first time trying chick fil a ended this way. I put the string on top of sandwich to show the length but it was inside the sandwich.

Pulled in drive through at 10:15 with a breakfast mobile order places. I thought the point of a drive through was that it was fast and efficient. NOT HERE. 3 cars ahead of me and i get to the speaker at 10:32 WITH A MOBILE ORDER PLACED. and they told me they could not make my order because breakfast had ended 2 minutes prior. but i had a MOBILE ORDER OMG. I ALREADY PAYED FOR MY FOOD. did not get out of drive through till 10:50. GIANT waste of time just to get a refund. laughable service.

For being a prime location, this Chick-fil-A knows how to provide amazing service quickly! I will admit I come here quite frequently and have never had an issue! Chick-fil-a staff is always the best!!
