A bit of a step up from some other fast food restaurants. I had a fish sandwich that was tasty and it was big! My husband had a French Dip sandwich and really enjoyed it.
This was the first time I had visited an Arby’s in the past few years…it was much better than my experiences there in the past. I’m glad I gave it a try again…and will go there again soon!

i ordered the brisket for lunch yesterday. there was NO MEAT!!!! all it was was 2 strips of fat that looked and tasted like bacon. the employee said “that’s not bacon! i can show u what our bacon looks like. she said brisket is always fatty. i told her i can assure her it is not always just a strip of fat with no meat anywhere else. (this looked nothing like your advertised picture) she wanted to give me another brisket sandwich but said it would be the same. i told her i didnt want it and to just give me a deluxe roast beef. the deluxe roast beef was just horrible meat on bread. it was not deluxe. no lettuce or tomato. i don’t usually buy fast food but just before thanksgiving i went to a different location and got the beef chunks and a fried turkey sandwich. i enjoyed both so thought i’d try Arby’s again….big mistake!!!! i’ll never go again and i will tell my friends of my experience at this location!!!!!! 6541 Bayside Ln

I saw the commercial for the new Gobbler sandwich and it looked so good and plentiful that I couldn’t get there fast enough. My expectations were clearly set too high? Boy was i disappointed when I got the sandwich home. It looked absolutely nothing like the commercial, I mean night and day difference. It tasted good but the appearance was awful. I won’t be getting another one based on this experience. The response you sent me to respond to another email address which is invalid only adds to my disdain to not only how you are handling this but also to the unprofessional resolve of my issue!!!!!!!

Extremely disappointed in the Deluxe Burger. The meat was burned on the outside, overcooked on the inside – white tomatoes, squished bun and extremely expensive. Definatly does not look like the burger on the menu. Don’t waste your money.

The best atmosphere arby’s and for all the fast food! Feel like dining in the good steak place for than Arby’s. Clean and good food as always. We love half pound beef and horsey sauce. Yummy mac and cheese for kids. One thing for owner, you need a bigger Arby’s sign that is easily noticeable from the street.

This isn’t your regular Arby’s. This style is specific to Virginia, and few at that generally isolated to Richmond and below. These locations are more of a restaurant than a fast food location. They have great atmosphere and the food is great as well. Plenty of seating and a pleasant location.

Coolest Arby’s ever! ! !! If there is an Arby’s in heaven, then this location would be it’s twin! Service was great, food was delicious , and the building was gorgeous (and clean!). I had a baked potato better than almost any I have ever eaten (nothing left, not even the skin). The wife’s salad looked very fresh, nothing left of that either! And who can go to Arby’s and not get a Classic roast beef sandwich? Better than many (and I have had many!). You have to see and experience this place to believe it!!

I look forward to the crispy fish sandwich every year, and today I have time to swing by and get one and it was awful. Tough chewy and Soggy it even tasted funny like it was off. Very disappointed!

This Arby’s was very different as far as look and style. You get the sit down feel from a fast food restaurant. The staff was very welcoming, service was fast and the food was nicely presented and not just slopped together. I usually get the same ole thing when eating at Arby’s, but today I tried the prime rib sandwich which was very good and had an ample amount of meat. I would definitely try again.
