I have literally order chik fi la so much during my pregnancy it’s crazy. September and October damn near every morning and day and like every 2 days in November. Today I decided to just redeem points for a small fry. And I got a medium Coke. As usually I was asked if I could like any sauce I said yes. 2 poly, 2 chik and the girl cuts me off and says I can only give you 3 sauces. I said since when. She said you got a small fry. I told her I have never had any issues. She said fine what sauce. I again said 2 poly, 2 chik, and 2 honey roasted. I pulled up to the window. I show my rewards, pay for the food. Get my stuff and receipt. Something told me to look in the bag. There is one of each. And in the receipt she rang it up lie I asked. So not only did you harass me about sauce in the drive thru. You played a game and act like you were going to give me the sauce. To turn around and not do it purposely.
So now I gotta get out the car. No choice to bring my heavy stomach as I didn’t bring my pregnancy belt as I didn’t plan on getting out the car. I had walked in. All workers standing there, they already knew what the issue was. And I said was so you basically gas light me to hurry up and get mw thru the drive thru, take my money and purposely give me one of each sauce. This lady comes around the corner and said I’m not giving you that many sauces, you don’t need that many sauces for a small fry.
I said in my head who are you to tell me how I need to eat my fries. But instead I said if I needed to pay for it. Then I will but to tell me that I’m not going any more sauce because in your opinion I don’t need that many for a small fry is crazy.
So I then asked for a refund. A guy in a grey shirt had said that’s probably best. So I left and called customer
Support. My thing with that is she said she is going to send the complaint to the store manager. And there is so many managers there she wouldn’t know who gets it. So it could be one of the 2 that was there which would be a conflict of interest because they don’t give a shit.
So I came to another location. Got my order with no issues. Even spoke to a manager there on how they would have handled it and they were nice to talk to and crazy thing about as a few employees knew what location I was talking about. So it goes to show you word of mouth travels.
But below is my pictures to why I do need that much sauce for my fries, when this is how I eat my fries. I drown it in the sauce. Just because YOU don’t eat your fries that way don’t mean I gotta eat like you.

Usually, I am a Chick-Fil-A defender against the haters, but in this case, I can’t justify this. The biscuit was cut so unevenly, I was able to eat the top like a tiny cookie. Then, the piece of chicken was so hilariously small that, at first, I wasn’t even sure they had given me any chicken at all. I don’t know if it is just this Bellevue location, or all locations, but if this is how the food is going to look going forward, you’re better off saving your money. IN THIS ECONOMY???

First time visiting, everytime we went by was extremely busy. The server was so happy and helpful. The food was excellent and the shakes even more delicious. There were so many workers. We were getting our money out to pay and the food was there before we had finished, the dining quarters were extremely clean. Thank you and we will return, BTW….we use your sauce on everything at home.

Best service I’ve ever seen at a Chick-fil-A! We had a large group (about 15-18 people), and they handled it so incredibly smoothly! I was really impressed! And they weren’t even annoyed! They seemed happy to be serving us!

The staff at this location offer the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The lady that took our order was so helpful and kind, and the manager was walking around the dining room- he asked us twice if he could get us anything and he even threw away our trash for us. Just wonderful customer service!!!

We brought our daughter and her friends here today to celebrate her 5th birthday and they were amazing. Paul especially was so kind. They gave her some swag and a cookies and even let her get some ice cream with a worker! They were so lovely and made her day that much more special. Thank you!!

Chick-fil-a is always a solid option. Employees are pleasant and the food is quality. I had the Chicken Noodle Soup for the first time and I enjoyed it. My daughter liked her salad as well.

The staff is great here.
I recently had their breaded chicken sandwich. Previously I had only had their grilled. I happen to have a coupon which required you to get a breaded one. Sometimes I feel the chicken is a little dry but the breaded one was great.
The one thing I’m not a fan of is their fries. I like mine to be crispier. If you want less salted than this may be for you. I’ve had some complained that it’s blind but in truth you can always add more salt on your own.
the seems like a popular spot for mothers with children.there is a large play area for the kids to play in which the parents can sit and watch. Parking is relatively easy as they have their own lot.
it is close by to an oldies so it is also convenient if you want to go grocery shopping

We hadn’t been here in a while. Fast drive thru, hot food and reasonable prices! The spicy chicken deluxe is great but my personal favorite was the mac and cheese! So yummy!
We asked for extra Chick-fil-A sauce, which they kondly provided and they honored my request fpr no ice in my dr pepper. Thanks for a yummy lunch!

Mainly use the drive thru. We visit 2-3 times a month for the Cobb salad which always seems fresh and taste great. Have always received correct order, staff is courteous.
