Came in today for lunch, honestly I wasn’t going to come. I always have the same problem. What I’ve noticed is that, they want to be extremely fast so they make a lot of everything. So when you get your meal it’s NOT fresh! Just barely warm! I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked kindly to please make it fresh. Got my order, oooh what a surprise…it wasn’t fresh!! Go back to the counter and speak to VICTORIA SANCHEZ (manager) I thought she’ll take care of the problem…boy was I wrong!! I’ve never been one to leave bad reviews but this has happened a few times. I order a large fry and they fill it as if it were a small. I feel like my money was wasted and that I have been taken advantage of. Again this is not the first time this has happened with this location.

This is based on service alone. The drive thru attendant was very rude, and couldn’t do a simple task of putting the chicken on the side for my salad. She wanted to charge me $5 more just to put my chicken on the side. Upset with the whole with the whole situation, and for the way I was spoken to. I treated her with respect, and was not given the same in return.
