Chick-fil-A knows how to do things right. I got a chick biscuit and I can tell they made some slight changes from when it first came out. It was a cooked juicy piece of chicken with a buttery biscuit. Perfect way to start the day. The hashbrowns made an amazing side piece. I mix 2 mayos and a chick-fil-a sauce. Magnificent!!!!

This location is always phenomenal, but today Ausha truly went above and beyond. Being 6 months pregnant with serious cravings, her kindness and helpful attitude meant so much to me. My daughter and I stopped by today for breakfast. Asha was the front manager and she was great a very helpful too. I wanted a sausage cheese, and egg breakfast sandwich with no biscuit…. she helped the front cashier ring it in and made sure it was served in a sandwich wrap rather than a bowl! Low Carb! Two eggs as the outer and sausage and cheese in the middle, who could ask for more!
The store was clean and orderly.

The food is good, but definitely not my favorite fast food chicken place in Wichita. I like that it’s predictable. My issue, why would corporate take away the banana pudding milkshake? You had a weekly customer in me with that alone. Bring it back, pretty please. Oh, the service here is great and the drive through is usually quick.

Our order is always correct fresh and are treated well by staff. Sometimes other customers are bougie, that’s why the atmosphere rating is low. We enjoy their garden herb ranch and spicy chicken deluxe.

We stopped at this Chick-fil-A in route from St Joseph Missouri to Oklahoma City. When asked about getting a senior coffee was told they do not do that at the store. Mikayla responded though by giving me a complimentary cup! In conversation I told her about the death of my sister and that was the reason for the trip. She responded with a soecial gift bag and and a hug! It was exactly what I needed at that time and a blessing to me. Thank you for your service to the community and others. I know God is blessing.

I am so frustrated! I have had a horrible day and have not eaten since 7am so at 5pm I decided to grab some Chick-Fil-A. I asked the drive thru lady for sauce along with my order. She said “ tell the people at the window. It’s free so I don’t have to put it with the order”.
I get up to the window and ask the girl for a “ ridiculous amount of Chick-fil-A sauce, please?” She acknowledges me, says OK then hand me a bag with no sauce in it at all. I didn’t check until after I drove away, so I had to turn around in the evening traffic, park and ask for sauce.
The reason I pay $12 for a drive-through chicken sandwich is for the sauce. I asked for it twice. I know this is not the worst thing to ever happen to somebody, but after a really lousy day, it would’ve been nice if it didn’t happen at all.
