When I want a convenient grilled chicken sandwich I go to Chick-fil-A. Overall the food is great but sometimes it can be hit or miss of its overall appearance but the taste generally makes up for it. I tried their Chick-fil-a chips during this visit which I never had and they were great too.

First when we walked in there were no tables. There was an employee, Nikita, eating he got up to let us have his table. Then while placing my order I mentioned the kids dad had deployed this week. She came to our table and asked the kids if they wanted to come learn how to make there own ice creams. They were thrilled. Thanks Lexy it made their day.

Just ordered 1 chic Fillet sandwich and a Spicy Chicken salad. Waited at window for 20 minutes was then told to go back out to the road and pull in the adjacent Bank parking lot to wait for my order. Im not sure what took so long but I’ve never recieved a cold chicken sandwich from Chic Fillet. The manager was nice and gave me a cookie as compensation for my time but I am on a diet this the salad.

I went through the drive-thru this morning, ordered a chicken and egg biscuit. The line was long as usual but being the 4th one back they brought me out my order. Fortunately or unfortunately I had the opportunity to look in the bag and it was a sausage and cheese biscuit, no chicken no egg can I get up to the window I gave it to them and said here this is not correct I looked at the receipt and it said chicken and egg biscuit. Unfortunately I still have to wait for the two people in front of me and then they told me to pull off the property to a lot besides the property and wait for them to give me the correct order. In short time a girl came out handed me a bag and I bolted because I was already late for work as I’m opening the bag I look in and it’s a sausage egg and cheese biscuit they basically just put an egg on it not looking at the bag not to listen to what I told them. And I know it’s crazy out there now but you know how many times you get a chance to make it right? It wasn’t a $0.99 meal

I live in SWKS. My closest CFA is 3 hours away. I enjoy getting to visit CFA when I’m near one. This time, I brought my Bible Quiz Team & Christian noticed our “The Chosen” quiz shirts. He asked about the shirts & we told him why we were in town.
Great service by Christian & his entire team! They were efficient & the food was delicious. Christian was all over the place, delivering food, getting refills, & making sure each customer had what they needed & was enjoying their food. Thank you, CFA, for another amazing experience & meal!

They had plenty of staff (10 atleast) but the speed of service is TERRIBLE. I waisted half of my lunch break waiting for food here. Also when the kitchen staff was walking out one of them shoved past me and hit my shoulder. So RUDE! I will never come here EVER again. What a waist of a gift card

Really BAD customer service, which deterred me (and should you as well) from coming here. I had to navigate a byzantine voicemail system. Staff wouldn’t or couldn’t pick up, which made me question general quality of service.
Please improve the customer service on the phone. Phone service is important indicator of quality of service in general. In the meantime, I won’t be coming back.
