Best gluten free experience in SGF, hands down! I love being able to find something safe from cross-contamination that is also fast and tasty. The employees always ask if there is a gluten allergy too, so I feel secure that they’re aware of what potential issues might arise. It’s great to have Chick-fil-A near me and this store rocks! I wish they were open on Sundays. But then again they do have the second best she can sandwich as everyone knows Popeyes is the gold standard and the number one chicken sandwich. I do like to come here and wait in long lines for fresh food. The lines do go quick and the people are friendly and kind. it’s my pleasure.

We stopped for breakfast while traveling on our anniversary. The service was exceptionally good. Every single employee we encountered was friendly and smiling. We especially enjoyed meeting Tim; what a sweet human being! Food was excellent as always.

This is for this store only and really only the manager. Family ordered $60+ worth of food and they shorted me a spicy deluxe sandwich. Thought I would go in a few days later and get it. So the manager tells me I should have called that night and there was nothing she could do. Had no clue that was a policy and thought Chick-fil-A had (I thought) a good reputation for customer service so it wouldn’t be a problem. I have been going here for years and they choose to die on a hill of not giving me a $5 sandwich because of a strict policy. A good manager can bend the rules when a loyal customer (that’s probably spent thousands of dollars with them over the years) just wants a $5 sandwich he payed for 3 days prior. Makes no sense and honestly I don’t really blame the staff (which is always great) or the owner but just this single manager. I messaged the owner on this issue but don’t expect to hear from him because he probably gets a lot of email and I’m a single customer out of thousands. That doesn’t bother me though. I got my credit card to reverse the charge for the sandwich on the bill so everything is even. This wasn’t about the money though. It’s about poor service and more specifically poor service to a loyal customer for years……all over a $5 sandwich and a complete refusal to accommodate my reasonable request. Luckily, the Chick-Fil-A by Bass Pro is owned by somebody else and we will just take our business there. If the store on Glenstone wants to lose my business and loyalty over a $5 sandwich then that’s their right.

Update: Notice how management and ownership at this location doesn’t reply to any complaints on here when other locations do? Other locations interact with the customers and reach out in the reviews. See what I mean? Management at this location is awful and the owner needs to be more attentive too. They don’t even reply through Chick-Fil-A’s official complaint channels either.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location (3700 S Glenstone Ave). I had a mobile order for ‘Fang’. The intercom quality was so poor I had to repeat my name 4-5 times at the box. When I got to the window, the staff member told me she SAW my order on her screen, yet she proceeded to interrogate me 4-5 times, asking ‘Did you even speak at the box?’

Instead of preparing my food, she wasted time questioning me and then mocked the situation with her colleagues while I was right there. This felt like a logic trap and was incredibly unprofessional. Being a regular, I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. I hope the owner, Steve Lowery, looks into the staff’s attitude and the broken equipment.

Food was hot and very good, service was EXCELLENT. Had a chap named Mason up at the front; give that dude a raise. Very patient, very nice. The place was packed from lunch rush, and yet we got our order in about five minutes. They also accomodated a severe gluten allergy very well; they changed the fryer oil, in fact.

I am a big doubter of the drive-through, but let me say ALlL chains should take lessons from this store. Fast, friendly, the order was correct, the food was actually hot and it tasted great, and it was delivered with a smile. This was all during the lunch rush. Bravo!!!

Usually pretty good. We went today and had to throw our nuggets and chicken sandwich in the trash. Tasted like someone forgot to change the oil in the fryer. Chicken tasted burnt.
