Okay first and foremost. This is not my review for in general. I enjoy Chick-fil-A. I typically enjoy the service. It’s fine. I just feel this needs to be highlighted and addressed. If I had stayed there and opened up my food while I was there. I would have done so. I ordered a spicy sandwich with pepper jack cheese- with a LARGE, fry. And a large Coke. A five count and some sauce. Firstly. I opened the bag, which I’ll show a picture of – my large fry was more than half way empty. More than half empty…. Like someone had literally just had half of them to eat then put it in the bag. The sandwich, while it was good- the entire bottom of the bun was covered in what I assume was Flour?? I’ve seen a white circle on the base of the bun many times. But the entire base of this bun was CAKED. I could taste it while I ate the sandwich.. the five count was fine. As well as the soda. But the fries really put me off. I went there a few days ago for simply a large Coke and a large fry for a craving. The fry was full to the very top. This just seemed really off. See photos for reference. Unfortunately I had left and drove home to go have lunch a late lunch. Hope to never see this again. Still love Chick-fil-A. But I definitely won’t be craving to go waste money for a while.

I do enjoy the food here. I got the Cobb Salad always good. Location the parking lot way to small space for a busy place. I hate how difficult is sometimes getting out of there. Service was ok. It could had been excellent as prior visit, restaurant was crazy busy, the lady who was cleaning the restaurant was friendly and she was working hard to keep the place clean. But that should be a 2 people job during busy times. That will make people feel comfortable eating there with a clean restaurant, that is always good. She was extremely busy she could use some help. My main concerns is the parking lot situation. I’m very fairly when I write my reviews and I do it by my own experience and how I feel about it about that specific visit to the restaurant. Just looking for the restaurant to improve their services and appreciate each employee they have working there. This time my visit was average. It could have been great. I still gave a 4 because my prior experience there.

Very disappointed in their service. I’m a sales rep that caters food to customers all the time. I’ve done several large caterings with this store in the past and assumed any future transactions would be easy, I was wrong. This time I just needed to feed 7 people and they were unwilling to take an order over the phone. They first transferred me to their catering line. Catering of course told me they only handle larger orders and patched me right back to the store. They told me I couldn’t order over the phone & that I would have to either use an app or order at the counter and wait. I couldn’t order over an app as I was driving and I was in a hurry and wanted it ready in advance and didn’t have time to order at the counter and wait. “It’s policy, we can’t take your order over the phone” they said. What I said is not that they can’t do it, it’s “they won’t do it”. I hung up and called Chicken Salad Chick. They said they would gladly take my order for 7 people over the phone! Good for you Chick-fil-A, you’ve gotten so big and busy that you’ll gladly take my large orders $$ over the phone but “policy” tells you not to take my smaller orders. Don’t worry, I won’t bother you with any more orders since you’re so busy.

Exceptional establishment, like most locations well ran and extremely professional at their craziest times. Order was fast and accurate. Plenty of parking available nearby but the in and out can get congested but seems to work

Wow! JUST WOW! Had an amazing experience at Chickfila. For sure the best fast food experience I’ve ever had! Isiah was beyond helpful and kind. I felt truly appreciated by this young man. The food is always better when the service rocks!

Even during a snow storm the quality of food and service was the best. Beats the other places even on their best days. The spicy chicken sandwich with some hot sauce cannot be beat. Swap out the fries for a fruit cup for sure.

I ordered on UberEats and I noticed something was wrong so I called the store. They stated they never got my order, yet the UberEats app keeps sending drivers to the establishment to pick up my order. The person on the phone was no help and said there was nothing they could do. I reached out to UberEats they said the store needs to call them so they can sort it out I called back and they claimed they don’t have a number for UberEats which I know is a lie because I found it on Google there’s one for customers, dashers, and restaurants. That continued on for an hour because neither UberEats or Chick-fil-A would help me. I worked at Chick-fil-A and I know that is not how he was supposed to handle the situation he was rude and didn’t want to help as a result I never got any food and had to wait hours to even try to order something again because they took my money and kept assigning drivers to “pick my order up”. Out of all the Chickfilas I been to in the US this is the worst one even when you go in everyone’ is rude and arrogant and I’m 95% sure it’s because I’m black. Safe to say I pray someone else builds another Chick-fil-A in Columbia soon cuz I will never go to this location again.

Went through the drive-thru, and it was raining, and this poor girl was standing in the rain with a raincoat on taking our order. We told her they needed to build a structure so they didn’t have to stand in the rain and she said the city would not let them build one. She was very polite and had a smile the whole time. Food was great as usual. I would definiteily recommend this restaurant.
