On a trip with my family from Nebraska back home to South Carolina, decided to stop and grab some breakfast. Absolutely amazing! Friendly staff, clean building, and the service was excellent. While waiting on food to be ready got to talking to the manager, told him we was making the 17 hour trip back home. He was so sweet and seen we had kids so he told us to wait one minute he had something to give us….came back with backseat bingo cards and crayons for the family to have fun and pass the time. I didn’t catch his name but if he reads this I want to say you are such a sweet person and made my family’s day. We will be doing more trips and if we are ever in the area again will definitely stop in!

Food is always delicious but the wait times have drastically went up since they closed off the mobile order line. I had four other cars get their orders in the regular line before we even got our mobile order which is supposed to be faster.

Usually have good enough experiences here, but tonight ordered a large number four and instead of large fries received a medium mac and cheese. Did not receive napkins or the sauces either. No straw in the bag. Not sure if the B team was in or what but pretty frustrating to pay nearly 15 for a fast food meal to not even receive half of it. Didn’t think to check the bag before driving off as it’s never been necessary here.

All the employees were standing strings gossiping. The bathrooms were disgusting- trash overflowing and only one working stall. We ordered to go, they put our food out in the delivery area without letting us know. We waited 10 mins before we asked for it. The food was overcooked.

Person behind counter was very helpful and courteous. “I can help you with that!” love food at Chick Fi la. Got a pop refill. Clean table. Clean bathrooms. Big parking lot.

Super busy today. The lines moved well, lots off staff on hand to serve us! Always friendly and satisfying. We had to wait a few minutes, but they brought us our brownies and apologized for the wait. Gands down the best service around.

We ordered meals by the number at the speaker, each with a drink, and drove a ways toward home ( we live an hour away) only to realize all the waffle fries were missing. When I called, I was told they hadn’t been rung up as combos — even though that’s exactly how we ordered. Very frustrating, especially since we aren’t local and can’t just go back to fix it
