Update 2: still not what I ordered
UPDATE: They sent me another coupon… but STILL not for the item I actually ordered, just cheaper ones! Fr guys this could be very simple. I dont want a bunch of free food; just the respect and attention y’all claim to have for customers. How hard would it have been to actually *read* the first complaint and provide the *correct* remedy? Surely easier than trying to CALL ME AT WORK about a chicken sandwich. Nope! Just make it right 🙂
Ordered a chicken sandwich (this is indeed a chicken-centric restaurant) and received… bacon. Can’t eat that, thats why I liked this restaurant, so I send feedback. They reply with… free sausage. Either corporate or the mgmt at this location need to do some sensitivity training, this honestly makes me want to never come back lol. Like, I’ll be alright, but I like knowing I won’t be served the opposite of my order, deliberately, twice? And I think its worth showing folks who also cant eat pork that this location really isn’t sensitive to preference/allergens.

First time at this ChicFilA and ate inside. Service was great, and Steve is amazing! He is so helpful and attentive to customers. He served with kindness and a Christ-like attitude. Very grateful for the joy he exudes!! It’s refreshing 🙂

A group of my co-workers go to this Chick-fil-A at least once a week. The food is excellent as is expected from CFA, and my order is correct every time. The differentiator for this location is their wait staff who serve the already seated customers. This team does more than enough to earn repeat business.
