I’m a lighter eater, and my order of a kid’s nugget meal is never questioned. Is always hot & tasty. Even my chocolate chip cookie was warm and soft. Was pleasantly delivered to my table. Staff is very friendly at this location, and bathrooms are always clean, which I appreciate. The fresh flowers on the tables are also a lovely and welcome site. Thank you!

3rd time I’ve been to chick fil a.. the food was delicious and apparently everyone thinks so.. I thought i was gonna be in line for an hour… we were through a double row of cars and had our food in less then 10 min… it was crazy!!! Definitely will go back when I’m in madison!

Frequently missing parts of order. My most recent experience they missed the free item they had missed previously, and refused to adequately comp my order for the wasted time, because their prices are so high. Overall, I wasted 2 hours driving around not getting the sandwich I wanted for a second time. I’ve been to this location a dozen times, 3 or 4 times items were missing. As someone with experience managing a restaurant, I can’t imagine not comping an overpriced $50 meal that was contingent on the recovery of a previously missed item, the whole point of coming. Maybe $50 is allot of money to a teenager working at a fast food place, and is certainly way too much to be paying for a meal for two, but it’s actually pretty insulting to suggest two hours of my adult time and risking my life on the highway isn’t worth $50.

Waited 25 minutes to pickup a door dash order that had already been picked up evidently!? The employees need to do a better job and let people know ahead of him that the order has been picked up so i don’t sit there and waste nearly a half an hour of my life. Terrible service from this chickfila ran by teenagers.

I’ve held off as long as I can on this review because I was truly hoping that it would get better. This being said, it has continued to happen. Almost every time I go to CFA, I order a salad. I also always order a second dressing, which has an extra cost. This being said, almost every time they forget to give me my extra dressing that I paid for. One time I joked with the worker that took my order and said, “If there’s anything you can do so they don’t forget my second dressing, I would appreciate it,” which the worker proceeded to tell me I should check my bag for accuracy when I get it to ensure I got both of my dressings. Today I went after work and ordered a salad and an extra dressing. Yet again, they forgot my second dressing and I had to walk into the building. They were nice in the store and gave me another dressing, and I did tell them this isn’t the first, let alone second or third time this has happened. They didn’t seem to care. I know it may seem small, but if I am paying extra for a dressing for my salad, I want it. It’s as simple as that. I also don’t believe I should have to be double-checking their work to ensure my order is correct, yet I do every time I go and am disappointed constantly.

I come here twice a week for lunch and up until last week have had no issues. Last week, one day I received no sauce or utensils. Fine, whatever. The next day I received regular nuggets instead of grilled and the incorrect sauce. I swapped the nuggets and it was whatever. Today, however, I left thinking my order was correct, and I open up my “Mac and cheese” to see literally a cup of liquid cheese sauce. Genuinely careless on the part of the employee who put this together. Just complete disregard for what they were supposed to do. Disgusting and inedible. Literally a cup of liquid sauce.

Also, the paper towel holder is positioned on the wall.
Meaning that it does not soil the towel in the sink water ! : )

So many CFA restaurants put those paper towel despensers in such bad locations.

Thankfully, not this one. : )

Also, the shake was awesome !

but did at least die in a “state of super natural life.” Therefore, they are now guaranteed heaven after purgatory

3. THOSE WHO DO NOT DIE IN A STATE OF “SUPERNATURAL LIFE”

therefore, they will suffer immortal punishment after death

Trouble here was a worker who came in and went to the back.
I greeted him directly, and he “EVIL GHOSTED” me.

Now, i do not know his heart.

Is he guilty of that sin ?

Only God knows.

For all i know, maybe he was deaf.

I still love my enemy if he was ghosting me.

But i at least left a review like this because his actions appeared evil.

Hopefully, he is not guilty of sin.

But for all of those who do ghost people deliberately:

YOU ARE ACTING LIKE PUKE FACED ROTTING DEVILS !

PLEASE KNOCK IT “THE UGLY” OFF ! ! !

There was no napkins out in the lobby some of the staff was rude really have to say. Keep out some sauces never been to a chic fil a without any things out to grab I had to ask staff for alot of things just need improvement
