The worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to Chick-fil-A’s all across the country. Not once but twice I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe and I received what is attached in the picture’s, old lettuces and tomatoes that I probably would’ve gotten sick if I would’ve ate it. The chicken probably wasn’t done either. It was cold and the cheese looked old. This is an embarrassment to this franchise, and I would never go back here again. I advise you to not eat here. I did speak with the franchise owner and all I got was I’m really sorry about this. I canceled my order and left. I honestly believe that this Chick-fil-A may not be around much longer.

It is the first time I felt rushed ordering at a Chick-Fil-A. I ordered the Chick Fil A deluxe meal and got the spicy version. It is amazing how much mayo it takes to neutralize the spice even after you remove the cheese. Didn’t notice the mistake until the food was delivered to the table. I was on limited time and just dealt with the mistake. The fries seemed to have been from the bottom of the hopper as they were bathed in salt. At least the food was hot and the soda cold. Will I try again, at some point yes.

So I came to Chick-fil-A to get me a nice meal. Some incompetent pothead working the headset taking my order messed it up and took about 10 minutes to get my order. I want to give a big shout out to my man Oscar. He went above and beyond to get my order right and he even walked the correct drink out to my car for me. Great guy awesome attitude. Made my night. He deserves a big raise.

Just left the restaurant drive Thursday 4/21, aprox 7:19am. The women taking my order was extremely rude on the mic and in person. When waiting for my order at the window she brought me my orange juice but the continued to service the car next to me for 6 minutes. Finally another women brought me my food and asked if I have my orange juice. I always thought chicken fil a had the best customer service but the service at this location is the worst

I have been to the Menominee Falls Chick Fil à several times and it has been the slowest one I have ever been to. I thought I’d give each time another shot but every time I’m here the staff are extremely lazy and just stand there looking at you. They take for ever to take your order and hardly say anything to you when they decide their ready. I use to like this place but since the Menominee falls one opened up it has been mediocre each time and just isn’t worth it. The food always comes out okay but takes forever and is usually lukewarm or cold. Most of the staff are lazy, the restaurant and the tables have been dirty almost every time I’ve been here even when it’s not busy. I’m only giving it 2 stars because the shakes are still going strong.

I would not recommend the mobile-thru ordering. It is by far the slowest!!! And the associates are rude! No greeting most of the time and they just hand you part of your order, they never say “the rest will be out shortly” or “we’re working on the rest” just hand you whatever and walk away!

Employees, especially STELLA B was loud, fooling around, and using swear words behind the counter. Also got my order wrong, because I couldn’t take there fooling around I left without correcting it. Never will I go back to that location!
