I love coming here but service has been on decline. Today I went for breakfast, ordered two chicken biscuits, and they completely messed up my order. They gave me a spicy chicken biscuit and a 4 piece chicken minis :/

I have nothing but great things to say about the new Chick Fil A location on Hamilton! I love the Mobile order line option which speeds up the time we receive our order so we dont have to wait in the long line of cars to get our food! It was such a great idea! The employees are always so friendly and the food is great! I am so happy the brought a second location to Sioux City!

I’m 70 something and enjoy using their app for using their app lane for setting inside at their table using their app. The app is a way to go. Their food is the best way to go. Nothing taste like Chick-fil-A food. It’s the best right now. They have free coffee and they give out a lot of free stuff if you go there enough the one on Hamilton Boulevard is the best don’t go to the one at the mall go to the one on Hamilton Boulevard. It’s a newer one and they have good service.

I placed a mobile order 30 minutes before showing up only to wait an additional 15 minutes after showing up to get my food. I only get a 30 minute lunch break hence using the mobile order to hopefully be able to get my food and back to work and eat in a Tilly manner I don’t understand why the mobile order is even a thing if they don’t start making you food tell you show up I would rather have cold food then half of my break taken up waiting for my food still have to drive back to work and stuff food in my face as fast as I can I will not be using this app or location again for lunch back to Popeyes across the street because they are timely

After 13 years, we finally have another freestanding Chick-fil-A in the Sioux City area, thankfully right close to downtown, which makes it the main store versus the once-only location right outside the Southern Hills Mall where the existing one inside the mall continued to operate until about 2021-22. I am grateful to see Chick-fil-A adding another freestanding location, especially out of courtesy of patrons living on this side of town without needing to waste the gas to drive all over to the Sergeant Road location that I live closest to, as well as those who live in this neighborhood and don’t have a car but want to walk to their closest Chick-fil-A without having to take a bus or taxi or call a friend or family member to take them out to a Chick-fil-A. I like how this location has a Mobile-Thru for drive-thru guests using the CFA app, but a separate lane from the traditional method of speaking to place an order. I also like how they have reserved parking spots for delivery drivers, including DoorDash and other services – which it’s time the Sergeant Road location would do the same and have reserved parking spots for delivery drivers so dine-in customers easily can find a place to park. And I also appreciate receiving cards to scan QR codes to redeem coupons for some free food as a reward for supporting these businesses and their amazing service. I primarily go to this location after going to the post office downtown to drop off packages.

Glad to have Chick -fil-A on the Northside, but my one and only experience was a disaster. I spent 45 minutes attempting to get the order that I made on-line. Spent 20 minutes in the “Mobile” Line, and when I finally got the pick-up area, they could not find my order. They told me to back around and someone would help me. They people outside said they had not heard anything about my order, so they called inside. Still no luck, so I went back to the pickup area, and they looked again and several minutes later they said it was waiting inside.??? They brought it out. 45 minutes in cold December rain for two cold sandwiches.

Dude was told we had a coupon for the free drink, but then he told us the total was going to be $4.68…. oh, did you want me to use the coupon you told me about??? Huh? Other than this minor issue the place was fine. Wife does not like that there is no escape lane if a worker brings your order to you before the window.

This truly is the standard of excellence I expect from a fast food dining experience. Not one for leaving reviews typically, but being from the south, I’m super familiar with this chain. I’m just now leaving the restaurant after my lunch break thinking “that couldn’t have been better”. From the food, to the service, to the lovely conversation with the franchise owner – I’m thankful Little Chicago has a brand new Chick-fil-a in town.
