There’s no arguments back and fourth between workers in the back, no argument with customers, not charging extras for sauce like other place like McDonald’s with their chicken nuggets sauce or their extra sauce on their Big Macs, the orders comes out correctly and fast like it should be. The Chick-fil-A Team talk and communicate with customers professionally and politely.
Other Fast food chains especially McDonald’s, Burger King needs to take notes and learn something here. From hiring the right management Team to the right staffing with the proper training.
Food came out fresh presentable and actually look like the pictures it advertised.
Their Spicy Chicken Deluxe is one of my favorites, crunchy on the outside and juciy when you bite into it, seasoned perfectly.
Waffles fries are also pretty good.
Parfait was also pretty good.
So far everything on their menu have not disappoint.
Plenty of sauce to choose from and they are not greedy like other fast food chains.
Keep up the great work
First and foremost, the customer service here is simply second to none. The staff members are incredibly polite, attentive, and always greet you with a warm, genuine smile. It is incredibly refreshing to hear the trademark “my pleasure” and know that the employees actually seem to care about getting your order right. Even during the absolute peak lunch and dinner rushes, when the drive-thru lines wrap around the building, the team handles the sheer volume of customers with remarkable speed and precision. They have the logistics down to an absolute science, moving cars through the line quickly without ever making you feel rushed or sacrificing the accuracy of your order. You never have to frantically double-check your bag before driving away because they simply do not make mistakes.
The food quality is just as impressive as the stellar service. The classic chicken sandwich is always served piping hot, featuring a perfectly toasted bun, crisp pickles, and a juicy, flavorful filet that never has any of those weird, tough spots you sometimes find at other chicken chains. It is the gold standard for a reason. The waffle fries are consistently fresh out of the fryer—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and salted just right. And, of course, the meal would not be complete without their fantastic selection of sauces. Whether you are dipping your fries into the signature Chick-fil-A sauce or pairing your nuggets with the Polynesian, the staff always ensures you have exactly what you need.
Beyond the highly efficient drive-thru, the interior of the restaurant is impeccably maintained. The dining room is always spotless, the tables are wiped down promptly between guests, and the condiment station is kept fully stocked and organized at all times. Even the restrooms are remarkably clean, which speaks volumes about the management’s attention to detail and overall operational standards. If you decide to dine in, the team members actively walking around the dining room to check on tables, take away trays, and offer drink refills add an extra layer of hospitality that makes it feel much more like a premium sit-down restaurant than a quick-service joint.
In an industry where mediocrity is often the norm, this location continually goes above and beyond to provide a true five-star experience. The seamless combination of exceptional, friendly service, lightning-fast logistics, perfectly executed food, and a spotless environment makes this a highly reliable go-to spot. Highly recommended!
I tried their chicken sandwich for the first time and I have to say, it’s as good as people say it is. Both the flavor and crispy outer shell work together. Not a fan of their fries though, they were a bit too bland.
Their original sauce is the winner though and definitely makes their fries shine.
The restaurant is very clean and has a nice decor, also real flowers ?!
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I appreciate the response and that the feedback was shared with the team, but it’s unclear how this resolves the core issue. Once a customer enters the drive-through, there is no way to leave, even if an item is unavailable or in an emergency situation.
Being asked to call and speak with a manager places the burden back on the customer, rather than addressing the issue in the moment. A simple apology, clear and consistent communication, a small gesture of goodwill, or advance warning (such as a sign before entering the line) would have been far more effective and customer-forward.
This isn’t about compensation, it’s about awareness, communication, and preventing the same situation from happening again.

Came for a guilty pleasure and wasted 35 minutes with no pleasure.
This location has a drive through meant to contain you, no matter what the situation. Item’s out? Too bad. Pay us for something else or waste a half hour+ with nothing to show for it. Why? Give the drive through an “out” like almost everywhere else, right?
On this occasion I came for a shake. I waited 20 minutes to get to the order kiosk, where they informed me they were out of ice cream. Okay, that can happen… is there any way I can leave? Nope, the only way is to go through the order windows even with no order. We wait 15 more minutes to go through this process for absolutely nothing in hopes we can get some sort of voucher for a future shake or something. Nope.
We are met at the window by someone who contradicts the ice cream outage by saying “sorry, our systems just went down,” when we explain to them what happened. Well, what is it?
The most frustrating thing is that for all of this time wasted stuck in your “trap” because of the design of your drive through and – all while you’re making profit hand over first – we don’t even get a voucher for the future??? We even tried to help people who may end up in the same situation by suggesting a sign or warning they’re out of shakes before you’re stuck, and in the most rude tone possible get an eye roll and “Well… we’ll see what we can do I guess.” As if that’s unreasonable? C’mon
35 minutes wasted, horrible attitudes and horrible customer service. Will give the chance to make it right, but as of now, I have no plans of getting stuck in this trap of a drive through with nothing to show for it ever again
