I’ve been to this location multiple times and, overall, most of the staff are friendly and attentive. The store usually has a calm and mellow atmosphere, which I appreciate.
However, there is one employee who often works up front — a tall young man with shaggy hair whose name starts with an “N,” I believe. Unfortunately, his attitude has consistently been very poor. He often looks like he doesn’t want to be there and seems uninterested when taking orders. Because of this, I’ve started using the app instead of ordering in person.
If someone doesn’t want to be at work, it definitely shows and can affect the customer experience.
That said, the food is usually great and the managers and other employees are generally friendly. I just hope the overall customer service at the front counter improves because this location otherwise has a lot going for it.

This is my first visit at this Chick Fil A but it won’t be my last. The food of course was delicious but the work environment was excellent. From the time I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces. The owner was here and I saw his interactions with his employees and he was a leader not a boss. He greeted me as well and helped with orders. It was nice to walk into a business and see the team work so well together.

The service is always great at this location. The staff members are extremely friendly and pleasant. Food is always hot and fresh and the one time I had an issue with my order, it was immediately fixed with apologies. I met with Greg and Marc on one occasion and they are doing a great job. We will continue to support the Auburn Hills location.

Came through the Drive-Thru last night, the lady in the ordering shack was nice and polite. I apologized for stuttering as we had just put down our dog at the nearby Emergency Vet Hospital around the corner. Ordered 2 Plain Spicy Chicken Sandwiches with sauces on the side.
When I got my food delivered two nice ladies came out with my food and a complimentary Vanilla Milkshake to cheer me up as they had heard over the comms and were heartbroken. I cannot express how much that meant and how much it was appreciated.

I came through the drive thru for the very first time on Saturday, it was very cold and it was snowing. There was a young lady outside by the name of Janiece you could tell that she was extremely cold but she still made my experience amazing. She had a very positive attitude and a very beautiful smile, she also helped me pick out a new order. I got my food quick, it was fresh and it was very good. Overall I had a very good experience.

I adore this chick fil a in particular because the food is so delicious. If I was en route to the hospital with my wife in labor next to me, I would stop at this chick fil a for a snack without a moment of hesitation. My wife wouldn’t even be mad because the service is so endearing and comforting, it would make delivery easier.

He treated us with the best service I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A, he made sure that we needed nothing and overall was a very pleasant person to talk to. We have a Chick-fil-A addiction. This one opened closer to us. We went three times this week. (Don’t judge us too harshly. 😉 The first time, they left off the extra chicken we paid for on a salad. The second time they left the dressing and straws out and had to keep asking us questions about the chicken we wanted on the salad (we ordered via the app with no special instructions. Just in-app choices selected. There should be no questions.) The third time, they gave us sweet tea rather than the unsweetened we ordered. I can’t do the sugar. I put stevia in my tea. I was nearly 1/3 through the tea thinking my husband had put too much stevia in it before he tried his tea and realized it’s sweet tea. No wonder my heart is racing and my arms shaking. My cardiologist thanks you. The one in Southfield is a horrible atmosphere, so we were excited for another plausible location. My goodness. I ran restaurants. Fast casual. I get it, but I would not accept it. Double check every aspect of your order, and sip your drink before you leave. That might be good practice anywhere, these days.

I had a frustrating experience at this Chick-fil-A today. The team member who took my order was rude and had an unpleasant attitude, which really affected my mood. On the other hand, the delivery person was friendly and did a much better job.
My order was also missing sauces for both meals, so I had to eat my burger and fries without them, which made the meal feel incomplete. According to my order, the team member was Akieya.
I rarely leave reviews, but between the rude service and the missing sauces, this experience was disappointing. I hope this location improves its service to prevent this from happening again.

Ordered thru the drive up window for the first time. Specifically asked for sauce on the side. Got home 20 minutes later to find no sauce or receipt. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a regular chicken sandwich. Both were mediocre. Each had 2 pickles the size of pennies on them. Not any better than a KFC Chicken sandwich but more expensive. Won’t be in a hurry to return
