Everything was great like it usually is at Chick-fil-A what can I say. Food was so good in fact I ate it all before I could take pictures! Trash cans are great they open themselves for you don’t need to worry about touching something nasty. Definitely going to get the peach and cookies and cream shakes before they are gone because I want another one right now just typing this!

Poor customer service and I talked to the manager and she was very disrespectful towards me and so was the assistant manager. The food was nasty gross and hard: this is not how I wanted to be treated as a paying customer. Milk shake was spoiled. I called and this is what I got being disrespectful and I never ever been talked to that way before. Please do not go to this location. This is how they have me my chicken and the Mac and cheese wasn’t even hit it was very cold and she blamed it on the door dash lady. I’m contacting a lawyer because this is very unprofessional and not right to be treated this way.

We stopped at this Chick-fil-A after 8pm. We got in and ordered our food in a short time. The frosted coffee drinks were awesome. The chicken was tender and delicious! I had the #5 grilled chicken sandwich. Jackie had the #4 tenders. Both came with waffle fries. Yum!

Great service. The restaurant was a bit busy but we got are food very fast and the workers were all super friendly. The food was great and you can tell it was real good quality chicken. I would definitely recommend trying this. The restaurant was also super clean and I loved the waffle fries.

Dude the line is not a big deal. They messed up my order and charged me for the wrong thing. They took forever to fix it and then wanted the 8 piece nugget back… I thought that fast food places were not aloud to take back stuff. I know they’re busy but we’re all sick and I hope they didn’t sell it back to someone because I definitely opened it. They’re super busy I hope they’re not trying to recycle food like that…. Forgot napkins.

Shelby Twp PD should really force this place to pick a new location. The middle of an already crowded parking lot is unacceptable. I have been shopping at the stores that this restaurant is inside of their parking lot for 30 years. It is impossible to visit the other stores. Hall Road’s right lane is now even worse than it was 10 years ago. This place needs to find their own land.

Solid experience for Chick-fil-A. They were slammed busy as always but managed to get orders out promptly. I did have small issue with them missing my cheese for my chicken sandwich but they immediately made it all correct. Great food and Great customer service. will definitely be back to this location.
