There was no line, and the staff were quick and courteous. The food was hot and good, however, they need to work on cleanliness. I would have liked to sit and enjoy my food, but every table and surface was dirty. Later I found a bug in my cup. 🙁 I hope they can do better in the future.

During morning time they ONLY sell biscuits for breakfast… I personally don’t like biscuits, hence my rate goes low… But then their chicken is so good so it evens it up a lil.

Slow and dirty. And slow.
18 min for 2 chicken sandwiches. They had 3 people taking orders and 1 guy filling them. Not sure how many cooks. But the guy filling the bags was SLOW. The fry bin was full and several sandwiches on the chute. He stared in space for 2 minutes then slowly put a sandwich and fry in a bag and whispered a name to get it.
Did it multiple times – just stood there and wouldn’t do anything. The line of people that paid and were waiting for food just kept growing but no one cared. They just took more orders.

Nice staff but I did overhear one employee talking a lot about how this is the worst job she’s ever had, and how Amazon was so much better. She actually was really nice and attentive but maybe do better with employee training or do better with making it a better work place.

Ate at this restaurant twice while we were camping out at this airport for 2 days due to 3 canceled flights/24+ hour delays. The food was what kept us going! Must say that unless there are two restaurants in this terminal, this is not where it is located. Instead, the one we ate at was at the norther end right at the turn of the terminal. (?)

I ordered a grilled chicken nuggets meal from here before my flight and it took less than 5 minutes. There were two customers before me. The staff are very friendly and nice, no attitude issues, everyone was pleasant. I only gave the service a 3 star because I didn’t get my drink with my meal and had to ask for it. I ordered grilled chicken nuggets, so I needed a fork and that was not in the bag. I sent it back and asked for a fork and they handed me one in plastic wrap. When I got back to the gate, I noticed it was a spoon and not a fork, so I had to go back a second time and they gave me a fork that time. I guess I should have checked when they handed it to me instead of trusting they gave me what I asked for.

I asked for a cfa sandwich with extra pickles and two chick fil a sauce. To my horror I received a sandwich with no pickles and unwanted cheese as well as the devastating news that they were out of cfa sauce. Severely upset and won’t be back.

Breakfast is really terrible, biscuits are super dry and not much flavor. Coffee tastes burned. The only reason it was not 1 star is because the berry parfait with cookies was really good. But I ordered spicy chicken and egg biscuits and both bland and dry. I won’t ever have breakfast in Chick-fil-A. Stick to lunch here

This location has two tables (one table had patrons enjoying McD’s), a bar counter that can sit about 6 people and a sitting bench that had a girl lying down on her headphones. No one was there to wipe the tables, trash cans were full. And a #1 and an extra sandwich was $23 and change.
