I don’t quite understand why I was told i could not order a grilled chicken club sandwich unless I got it in a meal? So I ended up paying more money for a drink and mac and cheese that I did not really want? I never heard of such a thing where you can’t just order a sandwich and nothing else… this is a very unusual policy. And the sandwich itself was not very warm, the lettuce on it was soggy .. I Was a bit disappointed with this store.
My husband and I we had a gift card for $20 and all We wanted were 2 sandwiches… We had to get the meal and ended up paying more, just to throw the soda away. Not a good policy Chik -fil-a

I’m not the biggest fan of their sandwiches. I’m not a big sauce guy, I feel if the meat and seasoning can’t speak for itself it will always be just okay.
That being said, what they lack in flavor they make up with consistency. By far the most consistent food chain there is. Customer service is the king of the industry, and you get the same product, but very single time. I will go here over other places for chicken sandwiches simply because I know I won’t be disappointed, which is hard to find these days.

You can be authentic and not be out dated. The food was not desirable. The beef stew was just that beef stew. They call it goulash… Cucumber salad was good. Bread was good, but rock hard cold butter was not useful. I got very stomach sick late that evening and thought the next day. Cant confirm, but I have my suspicions.

The atmosphere and customer service cannot be better, I had a very enjoyable time in the dining room while I sat and enjoyed my dinner. This place is highly recommended the food was amazing also don’t miss the chance on trying the Ray special. Until next time.

So I ordered my food online today. Once I walked into Chik fil a I went to the order pick up area. I wasn’t greeted by anyone but employees were looking at me. So then a girl walks up & a short girl & a boy walk up to help her. Two other girls that I assume were managers due to they’re different color shirts made eye contact with me & never acknowledged me. The boy asks the cashier does he need any help & walks out from behind the counter to get in line. He never asked if I needed anything. So finally after more people were in line behind me, then the short girl walk up & ask can I help you. Gave me my food, no have a nice day or sorry for the wait. Totally unprofessional & I definitely won’t be back!! I’ve been to this location 3 other times, the customer service has never been this bad.

I frequent this location as much as possible. I’ve been to multiple locations, but this particular location is by far the best one’s I’ve visited. I am not saying that the other locations were terrible, but at this location, it always seems that the employees go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service . This evening, I took part in the Daddy and Daughter date night and it didn’t disappoint.

I was going through the drive through on dec 8 at about 5 and it was the best service I have ever had i am truly amazed at how perfectly the food was cooked and delivered. I don’t know who they are but the young man with brown curly hair was so nice and caring he delivered my food fast and effectively and helped me when I dropped my fries. This young man deserves a promotion.

I visited the Chick-fil-A drive-thru today and witnessed something very concerning. The employees at the window were touching a dog in the car ahead of me. When I pulled up, I politely asked if they had washed their hands afterward. They denied touching the dog, even though I clearly saw it happen.
I found this extremely unsanitary, especially in a food service environment where proper hygiene is expected for customer safety. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as this type of behavior is not acceptable and should be addressed promptly.

Never really had a bad meal there that I can recall. Maybe a forgotten ketchup at one time? They are quick and efficient. My wife and I usually play a game where we try to phrase things to prevent them from answering “my pleasure.” It’s not easy.
