Truly Hospitable
Normally, the food at the Chick-fil-A in Livonia is pretty good — the service is usually friendly and the food fresh. However, this evening the fries were way too salty; when I emptied them out, I could literally hear the salt pouring out. After reading some of the recent reviews mentioning food safety concerns, I’m honestly uneasy about eating here again, especially since I’m immune compromised. I really hope management and the owners take a closer look at food safety and quality control.

It was my pleasure eating with you all tonight! The food is amazing, like always. Obviously, the cooks know what is going on back there because everything is always delicious! I don’t know if anyone does this, but if you don’t, you need to try it. The creamy salsa salad dressing is dynamite on the grilled nuggets. I assume it would be even better on the fried chicken. Great food with amazing service!
Entered location and it was very busy with online/delivery orders. There was approximately 10 people waiting for those orders. The employee that was handling the orders was fast and efficient.
I ordered for dine in and chose the Number 1 with a Coke Zero Sugar. The employee who took my order was personable and friendly. She started to ask me what I would like to drink, but caught herself mid sentence, and asked me if I needed any sauces. I started to say Come Zero, but wasn’t as successful as she was pivoting to sauce choice. We had a great laugh together.
The condiments bar was clean and organized. It was a little low on stock, but I came after dinner rush. The lobby had quite a few dirty tables and trash that needed attention. Nothing too overwhelming, since I knew they were closing within an hour and 15 minutes.
My order came to my table within 3 minutes. The employee was friendly while serving my order. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty.
My only complaint is that I wish they were open a little later. I have driven past the restaurant a multitude of times, just either too close to closing or afterwards. Most locations in Arizona are open until 10:00pm or a few until midnight on the weekends. This will not prevent me from coming back, as I am a Michigander now! 🙂
I would highly recommend this location to anyone who loves great food and service!

Ordered 2 boxes of GRILLED nuggets and Polynesian sauce, and a coke zero and a tea. That’s it. Went thru drive thru because there was an entire baseball team ordering inside. We received 1 box of grilled nuggets, 1 box of fried nuggets, 1 tea and what I think was a cherry coke (gross). We were the only ones in the drive thru. Won’t be back, as half the order was wrong and due to diet restrictions inedible. We were already on the road home so not worth turning around on the highway.

I ve been too many locations and never experience such disappointment. Cars were not moving accordingly in both lanes. No one wad taking orders like other locations and the service was slow like i never seen. 25 min to place the order with the speaker. Need better management.

What I look for in a fast food place. Good food, friendly customer service and quick service and yes the indoors must be clean. Yes, I ask a lot of a fastfood place.
Chic-fila in Livonia checks all the boxes.
Now I must admit, I never go to this fast food place in the busy hours, but everyone that works their seems so darn friendly. I go to Popeyes off of Hunter & Ford road in westland and most of the time they are not friendly at all (sometimes even rude). It is a pleasure seeing people happy when you are placing an order.
While I am talking about ordering, I understand there is a place in today’s world to order online, but I am happy that chic-fil-a has not abandoned customer service people that take your order.
I am sorry, I refuse to order online or refuse to use a kiosk. Yes, you can call me old school. Personally I woud rather tell someone, this is the custom items I want bam, pay for the order instead of spending much more time at the kosk.

I even had one time they came by to our table and asked if I wanted a free chocolate shake. I do not know why, but I said “heck yeah”. The shakes are very good, but the chicken is even better.
The only downside to this specific chic-fil-a is if you are coming in off of middlebelt road and need to go through the drive through, they recommend that you go in a certain entrance and it is kind of odd how you have to drive around the other businesses to get to the drive through line. That is not a big deal for me because 90% of the time, I like to go in and sit down an eat.

This location is usually decent, but the drive-thru line can be pretty slow. However, today’s order was pretty disappointing. I ordered a Spicy Deluxe and my Wife ordered a CFA Deluxe, but both sandwiches had Spicy chicken on them (my wife can’t eat spicy food). I was already home, so she ordered door dash from somewhere else. The sandwich labels were switched, but didn’t really matter. My chocolate shake was Vanilla and both fries were only 3/4 full. I didn’t order large fries to only get a medium amount.

Unfortunate badddd experience lastnight. Went through the drive thru and had to repeat my order from the start 4 separate times. Mind you it was just 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 kid meals. The cashier also had to ask my name 3 times. Not sure what was going on. The food I received was not fresh, it was cold and not great. Also only received one kids meal. The kids meal I did get was missing the toy and we did not receive a single sauce. Had to go out to another fast food place to get my other child food. Really disappointing as we were getting fast food in the first place because we needed something quickly. This location needs more training or something. This is not chick fil a standards.

Got home after ordering a meal with fries on the side there’s literally 6-7 tiny fries in my MEDIUM fry that were also freezing cold and stale… when you hold the box up you can’t even see fries that’s how low the box was… got these for 2 kids to share and there wasn’t enough to share
