Out of waffle fries at 12:20 pm on a weekday… Credit card reader doesn’t work… Location does not utilize the CFA-One app… Sandwich came in a box, inside another box… At least the staff was sorta friendly but honestly somewhat reflected the “ahh so what” operations of this location.

Seems like you’re missing three pretty critical parts of a functioning CFA franchise and a general lack of attention to details. Sorry, I can’t give you more than one star for that effort.

They only offer one salad at the airport when. I can’t have any sugar so I had to pick all the fruit off this salad. I asked the girl behind the counter for blue cheese dressing she said it comes with blue cheese. Apparently she doesn’t understand the menu because it’s blue cheese crumbles not blue cheese dressing. I told her to go ahead and give me Ranch after she rambled off about 6 different dressings that I couldn’t understand what she was saying because she was talking so fast and roll her eyes as if she was bothered to tell me what they offered. What they call having blue cheese on a salad resulted in two small crumbs.

Even though there is no crowd they are messing up with the orders. Super casual- I care a heck attitude
First missed giving my Duet coke with the order and when saw my spicy deluxe chicken burger it was without tomato cheese and lettuce
Didn’t even bother to apologise – had to ask them to get my order redone – pathetic service. Same thing happened at the same time to 2 more orders – they were least bothered
Absolutely pathetic service which spoilt the Chick Fil A experience

Like all Chick-Fil-A’s, service is friendly and efficient. Note you can’t order ahead in the app for this location, and it’s before security. Tastes great as expected, though a bit more expensive than other locations. Seating is in the general food court.

The “Waffle Fries” I got were just little bits of fries. Some very hard and crisp. Service was a little below average. First time I’ve ever seen a 2 star Chick-fil-A.

First off Raine is probably the anti-chick fil a employee of the year. No personality and has zero customer service skills. Greets you with “NAME?”

This is by far the worst chick-fil-a in the US, and I’ve ate at a lot. Don’t expect timeliness even though they are in an airport and only offer 3 menu items.

This is not up to the normal standard. You know it’s bad when the McDonald’s next door has more of a wait.

Please close or totally rehire and get a manager that can correct.

Nice lady as cashier, very friendly. Long lines. They ran out of gluten free buns so I got a lettuce wrap. It is more expensive because it is located in the air port. This is located right before security in the food court.
