Let me just start by saying I visit multiple Chick-fil-A’s hundreds if not, thousands a year . Today upon picking up my catering order, I was greeted by Missy. I have been to this location hundreds of times over the past year as we primarily use them for catering and such Missy is phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about this young lady. I stopped my entire day to have a conversation with her. I will be calling corporate. I do understand that this place is privately owned. However, this young lady needs all the recognition possible. She has a glowing smile, beautiful face great attitude, I do understand we can’t all be perfect and putting on a smile. All the time is just not realistic however, this girl has out done herself. Keep up the great work And just know that people definitely notice! I hope Chick-fil-A can understand how valuable you are as to see you have dedicated so many years to them .. It was such a pleasure to speak with you today, and I truly hope your future is as bright as the stars.

Slowest drive through in the area. Who designed the drive through not enough room for bigger vehicles like trucks. Had to repeat my order 4 time and waited 7-8 minutes. This location just like the one in mall is not managed well. The one in the mall is even worse.

I came into the store on a Friday night to place my order for carry out since there was a long line for the drive-thru. The young lady at the cashier and the young man at the pick up counter were both so patient and polite. This location trains its employees well.

Every time I try the Mobile Thru, I always end up waiting longer than the normal Drive Thru line. I scan the QR and everything. The food is usually fine and the service is nice, but its not worth waiting 20 minutes in line.

Placing a drive through order after recovering from being sick from food poisoning. Felt the worst i’ve ever had in my life. The girl taking my order proceeded to tell me.Then, I look like a man that worked there. As I know, their young lady walked up and they was whispering to each other, laughing at me. And then told me that me looking like him was embarrassing! I felt that was very rude and immature, especially beings.I’ve always been treated with kindness every time I went there up until that day. Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite spots to stop and eat a real chicken sandwich but the only thing they’re not open on Sunday otherwise it’s the perfect place for some fast food especially if you like chicken try it out . . .

I am visiting my son and his family and we decided Chick-fil-A would be a great place for lunch. I hadn’t used the app for a long time so I had to recreate my account. As with most apps first I picked the store, then navigated the menu. A couple of times when I went back it actually made me reselect the location. I added Nuggets without adding sauce, so I added them again thinking I could delete them later. I couldn’t. I was able to add sauces. Order went through fine, but the screen locked before we arrived. This caused the app to freeze. Fortunately when I reopened it was at the order completion. But it denied we were at the store. It did allow me to override that and our order was delivered. I’ll be ordering again, but it looks like app needs work.

Our first visit and we ordered sausage, egg, cheese biscuit combo. The biscuit was really good. Everything including service was great. We might have to try a chicken sandwich.

By far this service is terrible here chic fil a has definitely changed I literally arrived at 9:03am pulled off with only one car ahead of me the driver was waiting on a drink! That’s terrible then had 2 different workers asking me what my order was people taking wrong orders to cars. Morning time is terrible!
