We have always enjoyed chick-fil-A, but unfortunately wont be returning to this one. We ordered a 12 piece nugget w/ waffle fry’s & a salad. Got home and looked in the bag, only got 8 nuggets not even the size of a quarter. The fries were all little broken pieces of the full waffles too. Not sure if portions got smaller or something but we will just be taking our business to 1 of the hundred of other area chicken restaurants instead.

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. I ordered a #7 (grilled chicken sandwich) with no bun, wrapped in lettuce. When I received my order, I noticed that the bacon portion was very small, consisting of just a few small pieces rather than a full slice or two, which I expected for a sandwich that includes bacon.
I kindly asked the staff member if this was the normal amount, and she was very polite and gave me a little extra bacon in a small cup. I really appreciated her kindness! However, I was still disappointed because the bacon and chicken portion both felt smaller than expected for this meal.
I love Chick-fil-A and usually have great experiences, but this time I felt the portion size didn’t quite meet expectations.

During my travels I stopped at this CFA to enjoy a nice meal. I really enjoyed it here as the staff were all very pleasant, the dine-in area was extremely tidy, food was really delicious, service was very quick and the restrooms were very clean! Thank you for the wonderful service and whenever I’m in the area I will DEFINITELY stop by here again! 5/5 I would recommend this location to everybody and anybody!!!

I have been a lifelong fan of Chick-fil-A and the atmosphere of this one felt even more personal and friendly than any of them has before. The owner of this new store even took my order personally and followed up with me and my wife at the table. Roger (owner) was going to each and every customer to take a moment and get to know the people of the community he just became part of. I can safely say that I have never had such a welcomed feeling at any restaurant that I can remember and it showed that Roger truly meant it that he wants to be an active member of the community.
Thanks again for the incredible experience and making us feel like we were more than another customer passing through. A truly memorable experience all around.

i really like this chick fila and chick fila in general but they never give out rewards anymore unless it’s free delivery. no chicken sandwich gifts. which is sad i really enjoyed those considering this place is pricey but ultimately worth it of course. none of the chick filas seem to give out much anymore here.

The food was absolutely delicious! My grandkids loved the mac and cheese, and I enjoyed a fresh Market Salad with avocado lime ranch dressing. My favorite part of the visit was watching the kids having fun in the play area and getting to see the Chick-fil-A cow. We’ll definitely be back!

Was short changed in the drive thru by 20 dollars. Came back the next day asking about it. They checked their money count from last night and found it was 20 over and returned me my 20 dollars. Very honest ChickFilA and the owner was very calm and helped me quickly. Best customer service I think I’ve ever had my whole life

I am shocked that this is a chick fil a. They have the strangest drive thru setup, and don’t even have people outside taking orders like every other drive thru chick fil a. This was during prime dinner time, too. We then had to wait for a while despite only a single car in front of us. I’ve had shorter waits at other chick fil a’s when I had 10 cars in front of me!
Then I get home to find out that despite paying for a large meal, I only got regular size sides. So not only was it slow but also inaccurate? This is easily the worst chick fil a I’ve been to. Luckily there are others in the area that are good.
Additionally, it looked like an employee was training someone else and just stood there and did nothing to help beside tell the trainee what they need to be doing. Is this how chick fil a trains?

Definitely recommend this chick-fil-a! They had fast service and the food was hot. This was partially from going on a Tuesday, but I have heard it was the same during busy hours. There is a tiny play place for kids and everything was really clean. This is the best Noblesville chick-fil-a!
