I was driving to Chick-fil-A pulled up the app and it gave me a free medium fry for a reward, just because! I ordered mobile and it was delivered to my table in just a few minutes. We went at 11 to beat the rush and so my little girl could play in the playroom.

Love Chick-fil-A… but this experience was not good. Ordered our food, two couples got food before us. After 25 minutes of waiting for food, finally walked up to counter to see our food sitting behind the counter. Like I said, two other couples that ordered after us, got food before us. Soggy fries and cold nuggets. I also ordered 2 peppermint shakes.. to find out they are over a dollar more than past… and a size smaller. Does not make sense to me. Delivered the shakes messy and melty as well. Manager gave refund, thankful for that but it was not a good experience.

I’ve eaten a lot of chick fil a and I’ve never experienced such rude employees. This is the absolute first time ever and I’m very shocked by it. Chick fil a prides themselves on great customer service. The lady who took my order had little to no interest in taking my order and said she would not take change in a rude tone of voice. Threw me off. I go to grab my food at the front and they did not give me all the sauces I requested and when I went to ask where a few of them were the lady told me she told me I was maxed out in sauces as she couldn’t give me anymore. I looked at her and said that I’ve never been told that at any chick fil a across the country in my entire life… it was a very odd experience. If they are going to operate with a similar experience as a McDonald’s I will just save the money and go to McDonald’s.

There was a young lady that was very rude. Not personable at all. Not smiling or polite, that is usually the norm or consistent with employees of Chick- fil-A. She also slammed our food and drinks into my husband’s arm while placing them on the table, without even apologizing for it.

I just started going to Chick-fil-A, and I found the waffle fries, spicy chicken sandwich, and vanilla milkshake are so delicious and made me visit again and again! Importantly the prices are pretty affordable. Overall it’s a great place to have delicious food for reasonable prices. The support staff are really assisting with great patience and it’s plus to Chick-Fil-A.

The drive thru was not busy at this location at the time which is great for a chick-fil-A location. I ordered quickly, but had to wait 10 minutes to get my order. When I returned to Hare Chevrolet where they were working on my car I discovered that I got a 12 piece nugget not a 4 strip meal. I have been to several other locations and I have never had this happen. Very disappointed in this location.
