I ordered a #1 combo and went to put mayo on it. It was separated and looked disgusting. One of the managers happened to be walking by and saw what happened and said he would get me a new sandwich. A couple minutes later I had a new sandwich and a coupon for a free chicken sandwich. It was nice they were paying attention and corrected the issue right away.

Don’t bother going to the store after 730 at night. They continually get orders wrong, and then act dumbfounded when you bring it to their attention.. Chick-fil-A generally offers tremendous service, but this location is a fail. I won’t be back until the location on Miamisburg Centerville Road reopens. If you’re part of the ownership or management group at the store, you should be embarrassed.

Raised their prices and shrunk their portions. Prices of menu item are not on display in the rushed through drive- thru. $13+ for a $6.69Chik-fila sandwich a bowl of soup and a lemonade is just too much. Shift Manager was not helpful. Store Manager was kind and explained the changes well.

Just like most locations, the service is top notch; friendly and efficient staff. Food is always good. My only complaint is that they’ve opened multiple lanes to take orders but then funnel everyone back down to a single lane to pick up the order.

I used to come to this restaurant a lot but after so many bad experiences I will never return again. They loved to short us on our fries that we paid for and only filled the containers half full. It was always annoying to go on the app to try and get a replacement when they were messing up so frequently. The staff are usually unprofessional. One day I overheard some talking about selling feet pictures online, which is an odd choice of conversation when a customer is at the window.
