It was ok today. Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich…I don’t care for the cold cheese, and the bun was falling apart, but their chicken always tastes great. Fries were warm but not fresh. Nice service.

Always impeccable service. Great chicken sandwich. Chick-fil-a is to chicken sandwiches as In&out is to burgers… perfect. Only downside is there is always a long line of cars in the drive-thru, but they have an extremely effective system of multiple employees taking orders and payments so things move pretty quickly.

Incredibly slow service, esp for CFA standards. I’ve been here a few times and it’s consistently like this…also don’t bother ordering a large fry, they just give you a medium in a large container and charge you more. This pic is exactly how it came.

Extremely kind staff and delicious, hot food! The only downfall is the parking lot. Due to the location, their busy hours can get pretty hectic! The lines are really long, and because it’s location on the perimeter of a shopping strip, the traffic through the parking lot gets outrageous and it’s nearly impossible to get out of. Other than that, I really enjoy this location and their smiling faces!

Pulled in to the drive thru line to place an order and because I wanted to pay at the drive thru window, they refused to Serve me. I didn’t have cash was paying with card. I don’t like using they make shift card readers outside due to it messing up the magnetic chip. As I explained that, I still was told that my order could not be placed. In speaking with a manager at the window-he still did not offer to serve me. In all my Chick Fila years, I’ve never been denied service over preferring to pay at window. Went to the location on Wilmington Pk across from Costco and they had NO problem with my request. They gave me my food free because of how I was treated at the Stroop location. Will NEVER return to that location!

I love this restaurant. The staff are friendly and the place is always clean and neat. There was a sports team there while I was there and they were all pumped up from their win and they were still well behaved and courteous in their interactions with others. The magic of a truly family oriented destiny is real.

The food is good as always, but they take 20 minutes to serve food in the drive thru and we have to wait in the parking lot even though there are two lanes in the line. The service has improved but I still can’t get over the fact that once they forgot our order completely and didn’t open until 11 a.m.

Drive thru leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered a milk shake. As I pulled up to be the next to be served I noticed it sitting on the table to be sent out. I also noticed a lady walked in front of my car to go inside. I waited a while. The lane next to me turns over three or four times. The lady walks out from inside with her food. A while longer goes by and I get my melted milkshake. Drive thru needs some refining.
