Today I stopped in to have lunch and got my favorite Chicken Wonton Tacos.I was greeted by the host and had the pleasure of having Kendris as my server.He was very attentive and gave amazing customer service.Food came out really fast . .The weather was perfect for outside and I enjoyed the peaceful vibes and the bathrooms where stocked and clean.I will definitely be back

We were 1st ones in door at 11 am. 3 parties were behind us. We were last ones the server approached. Server interacted with all other tables but not us. Waited long time for our drinks and apps. Restaurant was out of pretzel apps.We ordered 2 chicken quesadillas as our meals. They were hard and crusty. It was obvious they sat in window for a long time. Carmen apparently had an issue with us. She was very pleasant and cordial with her other tables but made us feel like 2nd class citizens. I hope it’s not becsuse my wife and i have different skin colors from each other. We go there 3-4 times a month usually for early dinner and always have a great experience.

Couldn’t even enjoy the dip mostly burnt. Customer service was okay. The server you could tell was experienced just busy time maybe. Alcohol drink was toooo sweet not good.

Don’t come here unless you want a terrible experience and to have money stolen from you.
Me and my family love Applebee’s, so we came here to order some wings, which are hard to mess up, and only received three of the four plates we ordered. they said the last plate would be out soon but once three of us finish our meal and my mom still had not gotten her food, we had started to get pretty upset. We had been in there for about two hours, so my mom went to speak with them about taking it off our bill.
it was then that we found out that our mozzarella sticks, which were supposed to be half price, were not billed that way. They charged us full price. When my mom went back to go get that taken care of, she brought the check back and we noticed that the wings had been re-added, but all the way at the bottom of the check where they thought we wouldn’t notice. Three times my mom had to go and discuss the check with them. I find it comical that they genuinely thought we wouldn’t notice. It’s funny too because I would’ve actually tipped, even with the wings not coming.

We were new to fort Meyers and wanted to eat at a familiar place so we found this Applebee’s near us and we saw that it had not very good reviews so we were hesitant but went anyway. We had a wonderful experience Addison was our server he was very friendly and professional. Our food came out perfectly heated and served in about 10 min after our appetizer. Addison checked on us several times and when we were wrapping up the manager swung by to say hello and make sure everything was okay. We were surprised by the new digital box on table to pay it had an extra few things like order additional food or food to go plus a button to call your server. Ours in Missouri just has games and an option to pay lol. The resturant was very clean and had plenty of servers. We took a gamble after reading the reviews and it was well worth it. I know reviews need to be taken with a grain of salt especially the bad ones. Please if you read the reviews dont skip this Applebee’s is well worth the trip.

New burgers were ok just stuck to the plate had to eat with knife and fork. Appetizer was perfect. Drink sucked bad. Don’t order sweet tea It’s colored water. No dr pepper or root beer only Pepsi products. Water tasted like tap water. It was gross. For what we paid not worth it to come back.

Just because someone is picking up with Uber Eats or any 3rd party delivery service for that matter, does not mean just ignore the person. I’m not a paying customer but I am picking up for a paying customer. No sense of help, urgency, or care. Manager on duty couldn’t care any less. Do better!

Slow service. Server might have been backed up if there was no help in the kitchen but asking for things like napkins, lemons, and butter seemed way over her head. The 2 young gentlemen who were hosting were really scrambling to help where they could. The food did come out hot when it finally did come out.
