Place is new and it looks like it, everything is clean and shiny.
They have lots of workers and it didn’t take to long to get my order after I sat down, and it was dinner time 5:30pm.
Had the spicy chicken meal. Tasted great. Very happy with the experience.

Food was a good temperature and my mobile order was fulfilled quickly. The tables were all clean as well as the floor! Me and my friends stayed around a while and just hung out and talked. A worker named Penny came by to ask if she could take our trays and give us a refill. She also asked my friend if she’d like a bag for her food she did not finish. She was kind and upbeat. For my first time coming to this Chick-Fil-a it was definitely a great experience! Thanks Penny!

Opening soon. Great staff, up to date equipment, and accommodations. I’m sure it will be an enjoyable experience. It always is at one of these openings. I do like their chicken sandwiches though.

Third time coming here and in every single one they’ve missed something from my order. First time, it was a mac and cheese I ordered in the side. Second time and 3rd time, it was an extra large order of fries. All 3 times have been drive thru so I couldn’t go in. I’m honestly not coming back to this Chic Fil A which sucks because my family and I really loved Chic Fil A and were excited this one opens up closer to our home. All down the drain now. Very dissatisfied with the experiences. So much for giving repeated chances.

I was thrilled to know this new Chick Fil A was going to be so close BUT I have given them 5 chances to meet basic drive thru requirements. Between 1 instance of a wrong order, 2x no napkins or requested condiments, 1x of a 27 minute wait in drive thru lane for a chicken tender meal (nothing special) and 3x where it was barely edible. I understand that every location is different but this location has had plenty of time to get onboard with what customers expect from Chick Fil A . I’ll be driving to Voice of America. They have consistently put out a great product for 6+ years.

Hostage! Sat in the breakfast drive through for 20 minutes to only receive a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit that has obviously been in a warmer so long the cheese melted off and then hardened up. My wife’s burrito was so lukewarm warm the cheese didn’t even begin to melt. Won’t be back for breakfast.

Love that we have Chick-fil-A back in Middletown! We have eaten there three times now and each time our food has been great. Employees have been very kind and helpful with the usual, top notch, Chick-fil-A kindness, and excellence! The first few weeks to drive through has had very long lines, but this is understandable, definitely giving grace for that. Keep in mind that there are a ton of brand new employees, working hard and learning the ropes. We have ordered from the register, have done mobile orders, seated at our table (I love that option!) The employees were right on top of it checking to see if we needed else, if there was anything else they could do for us. I’ve met the owners, they are super kind as well and very helpful.

The only thing I can say was good is the food. I sat in line for over 40 minutes. If you go I would only suggest you to go inside, they do not know how to do a proper Chick-fil-A drive through. The people working the drive through look like they came from arby’s, and they don’t know how to work a drive through. Someone from a proper functioning Chick-fil-A store needs to go there and give them an overhaul already.

I sincerely hope this location can get up to par, but it’s best to avoid in the meantime. I placed a pick up order, waited the amount of time it said it would take and went in. I proceeded to wait another 10-15 minutes inside, for two 8 piece nugget meals. The girl who greeted me was sweet, but easily distracted by other employees, as they all were. Every single employee working within eyesight was intent on their very personal conversations with each other instead of the customers piling up wondering what’s taking so long, especially when it says on the screen that your order is ready to go. There is no attention to the small details, so don’t forget to remind them about your drink also if you get a pick up from the inside. The restaurant is clean and nice on the inside, it’ll be a fantastic location when their staff is properly trained.
