Waited 20 minutes while the rest of my party ordered, are and devoured their food from the restaurant next door. Mind you we ordered at the same time. When I finally asked if I was going to get my food. They replied with I’m sorry a spicy deluxe sandwich takes a long time to make. Really 20 mins?! Noted.

I placed a mobile order today at the Beachwood location since I was working in the area and thought it would be quicker than driving to my usual Mayfield Chick-fil-A. I reported that I had arrived while I was parking, and when I got to the counter, I still had to wait. I saw the team member take the last cookie from the tray — it looked like it might’ve been left from the day before, because when I tried to break it later, it was so hard it was more like a cracker than a cookie.
My meal was ready, but they were waiting on one more cookie since I ordered two. On my drive back to work, I realized the “cookie” was completely stale. When I finally sat down to eat, things got worse — the fries were very dark, hard, and overcooked. The sandwich bun on my spicy chicken pretzel sandwich was soggy and greasy, as if it had been sitting in liquid. Even the drink size was wrong.
Overall, the entire meal was disappointing and inedible. I was really surprised, since Chick-fil-A usually delivers such consistent quality. I called Chick-fil-A Customer Care right after to report the issue, but I wanted to document it here as well.

This was in the Food Court at Beachwood Place. Fine overall but my sandwich was spicy, not what I ordered. The crew promptly made me a new one. In that food court it’s all food in to go bags though we ate at tables.

I didn’t want pickles on the sandwich I wanted the meal and I didn’t get my fries in the bag and after asking for them one of the workers have the nerve to look at my bag like I didn’t buy it but every time I said thank you or had a interaction they didn’t say my pleasure at all it’s like where am I at right now because it can’t be chic fa la felt like I was in the matrix or something

I only liked their milkshakes but that’s just me, I’m not much of a chicken person, but I tried their regular sandwich with the pickles and it was good, the waiting isn’t too bad if you’re a patient person. Their milkshakes are very good though, love em

Food would be great if I ever get to the pint that I get it. Half the time I show up whether it’s 11am on a Saturday, 4 pm on a Thursday, or 1145am on a Tuesday, I’ve never made it through in less than 20 minutes. The food is always great but it’s just never worth going because it’s not fast food if I have to stand by the counter and wait 30 minutes or sit in a drive through for 30 minutes just to get my food.

The staff was rude and dissmissive of us. Our order was missing fries, and the person filling the orders (I could not see her name tag) was clearly aggitated, asked for a receipt (which was not given to us), and then ignored us while we waited for 15 minutes for her to turn back around. Finally one employee (Aaron) came back to help me out. By the time I got back to the table, the food was cold, and I found out both of our kids meals were wrong as well. Completely disappointed.
