I’ve been coming here for years and I finally need to let it out. All the good food, good service and good vibes is soured by the fact that management still forces people to be outside in Northeast Ohio weather that isn’t fit for man nor beast. I don’t care what goals you think you need to meet for your managerial pat on the back. I know it’s almost certainly due to orders from corporate and not the franchise owner. But it is AWFUL to have people outside in snowstorms, let alone the inhumane temperatures when they’re still sending people outside to take orders. I don’t care that there are booths. There’s also a huge inside, where your (mostly teen) employees should be safely away from the elements. This is clearly an order from someone in your southern state corporate offices who refuses to understand that DIFFERENT STATES HAVE DIFFERENT CLIMATES. Please. Local management. Stand. Up. For. Your. Employees. You have my enthusiastic permission to send this review up the chain to whoever is above you.
Giving your employees a supportive environment in everything else so that they’re too nice to fight back about being sent outside in temperatures that they are NOT being paid enough for is neither kind nor (if you want to get into it) Christlike. I believe in your ability to make a difference in the company as a whole by standing up for your employees over your company rules or arbitrary records that you want to break.

The team is always extremely friendly and makes the visit pleasant, however the past several times I’ve gone through the drive thru my order has been missing an item. Yes they credit you the item once reported, but it doesn’t make up for the inconvenience of missing an entree item by the time you get home with your drive thru order. Once in a while mistakes happen but this has become a common occurrence at the Mentor location when utilizing the drive thru.

I ordered on 08/22 thru CFA drive thru and my sandwich did not have the cheese slice I ordered as you can see on the picture. Also, there was barely any cheese sauce in the container and utterly cold. I am a huge CFA fan and was left displeased.

1 month update still havent changed and now they mark orders ready when they are clearly not.
Stood for 5 minutes staring at my customers door dash order trying to get a employee to “confirm it” finally after the worker was done chatting it up I get checked out. Do better! Thats 5 minutes I waited for no reason but neglect and 5 minutes my customers food sat unheated!

I waited over 30 minutes for 2 ice cream cones in the Mentor drive thru, while everyone behind me was getting their food. Had to get the attention of an employee to see what the delay was. They must have given my food to another customer. This was the 2nd time this has happened here. Restaurant was not apologetic and acted like nothing happened. This is shocking for Chick-fil-A because their customer service has ALWAYS been above and beyond, that’s why I didn’t mind it being a more expensive fast food option. Willoughby location is so much better!!

I go to this chick-fil-a all the time, and I’m a red member. Normally the service is great, but they must be having a system issue with the doodle cup meal. I ordered the sandwich with no pickles and CFA sauce chips. When I got my order (drive-thru), it had medium fries as the side. It even said medium fries on the receipt. We realized when we parked and checked the order, and we weren’t going to go in to get the chips because it wasn’t a big deal, but then we realized that they forgot to give us our sandwich. We went in, and I showed them the emailed receipt that had CFA sauce chips on it. They said they wouldn’t give us the chips unless we gave them the fries back. Seriously? They had to have just thrown them out. I felt like they were accusing me of trying to scam them out of a medium fries… No napkins in the bag either.

I Love chick-fil-a so much dawg. I love how yummy and tangy the sauce is with them nuggets. And those waffle fries… MMMMMMmm, they’re to good not to get a large. They’re lemonade is always a bit strong but so yummy and refreshing. This specific location is kinda weird with the way their parking lot is layed out but its not bad, they got plenty of room, even though the drive through line is in front of the front door so u second guess yourself lol. But that doesnt affect the food now does it? Mhm. Anyways, get yourself sum chick-fil-a and call it a day. Maybe grab sum of that creamy delicious Mac n cheese (its FIRE).

Ya know, the expectations are always high for Chick fil a . so to exceed those expectations is really hard. Well we were absolutely blown away by the over the top customer service here. Soooo many places could take notes and learn a thing or ten about customer service. Went to a few places today and you wouldn’t believe the hoops companies make you jump through to “celebrate ” an 11 year old birthday with their apps. Not at Chick Fil a!! Thank you for your truly astounding focus on a family and their celebration particularly from Amanda!

I would really love to have had a chicken sandwich on pretzel bread that I had last time I was there. I understand it is no longer available. Too bad, it was much better than the chicken club.
