I came here on 08/25/2025 around 12:30pm and it was a woman employee that didn’t want to give me 1 extra avocado sauce packet. The salad is so big you need more than 1 packet. I went to get the $ , and a nice gentleman(employee) in a blue suit top kindly gave me the sauce packet for free. I love chic fil a but I wish this location wasn’t so stingy on little things…

Just bought a market salad and all of the lettuce was wilted, brown and discolored. I am a regular customer and never had a problem. Too bad they don’t have a good system to contact them about it

Leaving a general review because we can’t submit a review for the employee directly – they have a young man named Remi that was an absolute delight. Phenomenal service, great customer experience, and generally made it such a wonderful experience. I hope they appreciate the worker they have in him. Food was as expected and quick per usual.

I had the worst customer service this evening. I ordered through the mobile line. A girl with blond hair with a ponytail threw my food inside my car and did not say a word to me. I proceeded to ask for a dressing and she had the biggest attitude so I pulled over to the front and went in to speak with the manager. He informed me that she just started and that he will talk to her. I’m leaving this review because her attitude was so egregious that something definitely needs to be done!

I order a a plan chicken sandwich meal and received a great sandwich and hot fries. Service was fast and friendly. The only problem was I ordered a regular sandwich and received a spicy sandwich. The sandwich was good so no complaints, just thought they should have a heads up to check orders. The sandwich was labeled as a non spicy sandwich, so if someone has food allergies they could be exposed.

Food and service is typically good however, I do think it’s highly insane to have young workers standing outside in the cold morning when there’s barely any cars in line! She didn’t even have proper gloves to protect herself- I like that they try to give fast service but this can’t be humane…

They messed up the order even though they stood outside of the car and took the order they didn’t even get my chocolate milkshake on there or my sister’s sandwich we had four sandwiches three of them were exactly alike except one of them had no mayonnaise and one of the sandwiches was missing they were grilled chickens that were supposed to have lettuce tomato and mayo One of them was supposed to have no mayo The other one was supposed to have no tomato and the other two were just regular so we got three of them one with no mayonnaise The other two were lettuce tomato and mayonnaise and the other sandwich was missing I had a mac and cheese on the order and we also had an order of frys missing.
Was just a terrible experience I don’t have many bad experience at Chick-fil-A

We came in today to hang out for my god daughter’s 11th birthday and the staff were all so nice. The manager Michelle was so accommodating and let the kids go to the back to make her own ice cream sundae and then Vivian was always checking on us as well as Michelle and just made the birthday girl’s day so special. Spectacular Sammie’s! They travel well and are #sogood we enjoy this location particularly because they have really upped their customer service drive through experience.

The staff outside are always friendly, polite and open to questions. I also enjoy that they have coverings do I don’t get wet in the rain when ordering.

They have really recognized what it takes to keep folks moving and embrace change constantly to meet the demands of the customer.
