My favorite place on St George Island. Good food, fun people, super laid-back island vibe. Reasonable prices. Ask about drink specials. Live entertainment, singo, and trivia happen regularly. One of the few places that serve fresh caught Apalachicola Bay oysters. See Tank Top Tommy at the bar. Coldest beer in tiwn. Gets super crowded during the summer. All other times are not crowded. Can I give 10 stars?

Since moving to Orillia in the summer of 2025 I have regularly visited this location. I never tried Chick-fil-A before moving here, as where I grew up we did not have any.
The quality of their food shines above other fast-food chicken places. I like that they serve their sandwiches with the sauce on the side, which is some of the best sauce I’ve ever had. Perfect combination of smokey and sweet. I normally do not get mac/cheese from places but I now get it with every sandwich as it taste home made and not artificial at all (they must use real cheese).
Also their workers are always very pleasant to deal with, you can tell they enjoy working there and are treated well (unlike other fast food places where half the workers seem miserable).
The price is also very comparable and sometimes less than other chicken places like Popeye’s (which I enjoy as well) which surprised me because the quality seems higher at Chick-fill-A.

Madison st. Store, always clean and very efficient. Standard Chick menu with friendly and efficient staffing. Pickup line moves quickly but this is a busy store. Has recently added extra parking witch is helpful. No longer has the kid play space.

Very bad service. Every time I go, they get my order *severely* wrong. At this point they’re just making whatever they want in the kitchen and sending it out. It can’t be that hard to read the order. If you’re allergic to anything, don’t ever order from this location, it could’ve killed my grandmother if we hadn’t noticed the many, many mistakes.

Went there wensday evening and had the worst service. Cashier was rude and got the order wrong 3x. The food was wrong and it took them 20 mins to fix it after we already waited 20 mins for the food to come. When asked to fix it she looked annoyed and bothered.

SLOWEST Chick fil a I’ve ever been to. They have like 30 people working at once yet none of them want to help you except for the 1 at the register. It took sooo long for refills, our pick up order. And after we ordered kids ice cream, they called our name. Went up to get it and they didn’t know what I was talking about.

Even though it’s over an hour round trip from my small city, I gladly make the drive to Chick-fil-A in Hopkinsville, KY. The food is consistently top notch, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff are nothing short of amazing. In all the years I’ve been doing business there, I’ve never met an unkind person. Whoever trained this team deserves a bonus—and maybe a plaque in the breakroom.
What I appreciate most, especially as I begin my own ministry, is their decision to close on Sundays. It’s not just a schedule—it’s a stand. Chick-fil-A chooses rest, reflection, and reverence over profit, and that speaks to the kind of intentional living I deeply admire.
