The food is better when you dine in. I ordered a carryout order and it was awful. I asked for well done wings and they were not extra crispy. There were large feathers on some. I ordered 20 wings and fries and I was given the smallest amount of blue cheese dip. I was extremely disappointed.

In Celebration of my nephew’s birthday, he wanted to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Once again the experience started wonderfully. The appetizer came out and we ordered the ultimate. It was hot fresh and delicious. Then we’ve got our order, we started eating and drinking, my niece looked over and saw that my nephew’s beer glass had huge cracks in it. In shock, we called the waiter over and asked for the manager. The waiter talked to the manager and he did not come out there was no apology they said they would give him a discount on his beer. We were in shock from the huge number of cracks in his glass, he could have been drinking glass. Needless to say, we didn’t eat another bite. I asked to talk to the manager. He said, would discount the beer that my nephew had drunk with the cracks in it. I thought that was appalling because you just risked his life. It seems like he would have been so embarrassed about serving beer in a cracked glass. I feel like we had to pull teeth just to get my nephew another beer. As much as I like this place it was not clean, as always it was short-staffed and it’s slow. I just can’t understand what these managers think about their drinks, a hair one and now a crack in another. We will not be going back to this location. Not because of service or mistakes, but because of the manager’s attitude about their due diligence to provide a safe and clean environment and drinks

So today I received poor customer service. I placed an online order around 6:45 pm. Per my reciept, my order should have been ready at 7:30pm. I arrived at 7:26 pm at 7:28 the Take out staff came with about 5 orders and of course my order was not ready. Per the Take out staff my order would be ready within the next 5 minutes, Ok cool , no worries, I arrived a few minutes early, I will wait patiently. I waited 10 more minutes before asking for an update. Per the Take out staff, my order is coming up , without any timeframe. Ok, I walk out and call the store to be informed that my order will be ready within the next 5 to 10 minutes. Ok waited in my car and now it’s 8 pm, no one is at the counter for another 5 minutes and now at 8:07 here is my order. I checked the order at the counter, and I’m missing dipping sauce, that then took another 5 minutes. Long story short, this was poor customer service, and Buffalo Wild Wings did not respect my time or offer an apology or freaking dessert. It was also sad to see customers come inside to dine and receive their food orders before mine came up. Talk about paying first, then anything goes.

I wish I could give this Resturant a 2.5 star. In person, this location is great, food is always good and the service is fairly fast. My 2 star review is due to the take out experance. I’ve never experienced my food being ready for pickup at the scheduled time and there is usually something missing (check your bag before you leave!). If it wasnt for a couple bad takeout expernaces at this location, I’d add a star or two.

Food was amazing. Service was nice. The experience was great. But what killed the entire night was the fact that one employee was walking around without shoes on. Stepping on the wet floor near the drink machines in her socks. Also carrying her shoes instead of having them on her feet which violates OSHA.

After getting seated, my family and I sat for about 10 minutes before even having waters or someone help us. There was 3 tables of customers. Not busy.
Our waiter was friendly but seemed more involved with hitting on the women sitting behind us. I understand being polite and friendly but i dont wanna be spoken to like im 16 years old.
Atmosphere was dull. No music or anything. Felt like I was at a rams horn at 6am.
Will not being going back

Understaffed, really quiet friday barely anyone in the restaurant. waited a half hour for the side salad went 10 mins without any utensils. then waited another half hour for 20 bone in wings, and kids tenders. Asked for celery and carrots didnt recieve due to the wait didnt care to even ask. Waitress was nice but seemed like she was the only person working. I’m going to have to pass on this place next time. I couldnt imagine a busy Friday night.

After leaving another place disappointed, we came to Buffalo Wild Wings and it was night and day. From the moment we sat down, the staff was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Our server checked on us often, made sure our drinks were full, and got our food out quickly even though it was busy.
The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for to watch the Chiefs game, tons of TVs, great energy, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect from BWW.
Big shoutout to the whole team for turning our night around. We will definitely be coming back here for future games.
