Made me wait 20 minutes for a mobile order, served several people who came in after me before me, all I had ordered was a single chicken sandwhich meal. Then they hand me my drink with the lid barely on causing it to spill all over my car. Employees aren’t worth the dirt in the bottom of a bucket, food was great, cooks know what theyre doing, front of house needs a serious retraining, not once was I told my wait time nor was I given my drink until 12 minutes after I arrived at the establishment and received my meal, they are not licensed officially through the chickfila corporate meaning you cannot report them to HR, absolutely terrible customer service.

While I love chick fil a I would not recommend this location. My son and I waited 40 minutes just to get a kids meal. While the food is the same as any other location; there are expectations created for timeliness of “fast food” and it was not met.

First time I went to this Chick-fil-a location. The initial customer service rep was extremely friendly and I received the meal before my payment was even processed. However, I sat down to eat and my dressing was not in the bag. I went back up and had to wait over a minute before being acknowledged even though there were no customers in line and employees were standing around talking.

Me an my husband stood being the only one in line while whoever was behind the register talked to what I’m guessing was her friend and we stood there for so long me and my husband ended up leaving, all the while two other associates stood talking to each other. I’m not sure if the lady behind the register was the manager, but I’m honestly not sure. I guess they truly don’t want business and just wanna stand around talking the whole time. This location has done nothing but go down hill in the last 2 years. Truly disappointing and a disgrace to the brand because I know that the expectations for service anywhere else is much higher.

The food was good, and I enjoyed the ability to have Chick-fil-A while being stuck at the mall school shopping with my children.

This location turns off mobile ordering every Saturday. Mall employees do not have time to wait in line. This was also once a friendly location at one point. The new owner and managers do not put the effort to be friendly at all.

I went there at 4pm and they turned me away, they said they were closing early because they didn’t get enough business today. It’s hard to get business if you close down early. They were the only place in the whole food court that was closed.
It speaks for itself if they can’t get enough business to stay open when all of the other food places were still open and had customers in lines. They normally don’t close until 8pm. I guess the employees didn’t want to make money today

Sometimes mobile express isn’t as fast as drive-through. When there is a slower order in front of you, regular drive through can actually be faster; but either line is still much faster than most other drive-thrus.

Last weekend I went with my school on a field trip. Going through the line was fine, but as we got up to the counter the lady told us that the pop machine was down. Lemonade was a 10/10, the waffle fries were over salted, but other than that it was pretty good. Only issue I had was the woman who took the name from the order got my boyfriends name wrong, he told her “Ruiz, R-U-I-Z” and she put “Ryez” on the order lol. It was funny after though cause the guy who read it off looked just as confused as we were

Don’t expect the same service that you would get at other chic fil a. They almost exclusively hire high schoolers that can’t remember the menus and end up giving you the wrong food constantly. Example: I asked for 2 #8’s (chicken wraps) , and I received two 8 count chicken nuggets.
