I normally do not complain about restaurants, but this time I am genuinely frustrated.
I have been to this Chick fil A twice in the last month, and both experiences have left me extremely disappointed.
The first visit was through the drive thru. I was in a hurry and did not check my bag before leaving. When I got home, I realized I was missing Chick nuggets and fries, nearly half of my order. I called immediately and was told to come back through the drive thru and they would make it right. I returned within two minutes since I live nearby and then sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes waiting for the replacement items. By the time I finally got home, my original meal was cold because of the extra wait time for food that should have been in the bag to begin with.
What was even more disappointing was when I called back and spoke with a manager. All I received was “I’m sorry.” There was no real attempt to make it right beyond that. There was no offer to replace the entire meal and no acknowledgement of the inconvenience of having to wait that long for their mistake.
I waited a while before returning because I was so frustrated. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was not any better. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for just fries and a drink. It took 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was sitting there. Then three separate employees came to my car asking what was going on, and I had to repeat my order multiple times.
I am not sure what has changed at this location, but the level of service has declined significantly. I have always associated Chick fil A with efficiency and strong customer service, but these recent experiences were anything but that. This is not the standard Chick fil A is known for, and I hope leadership takes this feedback seriously.

Went yesterday— Staff was inconsiderate. I cant have butter or oil so I got a grilled sandwhich and asked them to not butter the multigrain bun (they said not to worry because they never buttered the multigrain buns). I got my food and the bun was soaked in oil. I told them, and instead of giving me a new sandwhich they threw the meat, tomato, and lettuce into a salad container which made the lettuce and tomato soggy. Then, they gave me a bagged gluten free bun. Why gluten free? I basically had to remake my sand-which at home.

I Love Georgetown CFL food, my Gluten Free bun was very dry and crumbled and I ended up throwing my sandwich away yesterday It’s ok the fries and peppermint drink made up for it. They were fresh and delicious. It would be nice if some of the hirer up staff ladies were kind and smile, all the other staff is so very friendly. If we are portraying Christians The greatest is Love. I will keep them all in my prayers and I am so very thankful for all their very hard work I’m sure it is so stressful and goes beyond my knowledge. BLESSINGS

Sep 2025 visit, quicker service and food was back on point… The new menu items, pretzel bun spicy and grilled chicken sandwiches were right on point, honey dijon mustard was a nice addition…
January 2025 drive thru visit, took forever to finally get our food, then after getting home all side sauces they forgot ( 6 in total )… Overall a pain dealing with slow service then forgetting so much, won’t be back for a while
