I love that the app now tracks my location and notifies them when I’m close. I ordered online, and it was hot and ready by the time I got there. Perfectly timed. Food was on point as usual, and service is always friendly and exceptional. Great job! This chick fil a is always busy- lots of traffic in parking lot, so watch out!

I ordered online and drove to pick my order up. Once arriving, there was not much of a line. After confirming my order and pulling up, I waited for about 15-20 minutes for my food. People all around me were waiting as well.

I’m a delivery driver that delivers your customers food and when I’m forced to take and deliver half melted ice cream to your customers are wrong so today I ask the manager (Trey) why I was already given the customers ice cream when the order was still at least 10 min from being done he told me thats not his problem I don’t mind waiting cause they are usually super busy but to not care about your customers and very rude to me was not professional and that makes me not to ever again eat there if you are a manager you need to act professional have a good day

Food is never fresh and always cooked in nasty burnt oil. Drinks taste like water. Just bad overall customer service and quality of food. Needs new management. They don’t believe in customer satisfaction. Chick Fil A has gone down over the last years. Everyone opening franchises and just ruining the Name and High Standards.

The service at this location was amazing for us this weekend. A group of 24 of us drove up to see the Ark and Creation Museum and stayed in a hotel across the street. Due to an injury Saturday evening, we were late getting dinner and everything was closing. Our group leader called ahead and this Chick-fil-A kept their lobby open for us to come in and order and then we sat outside. All of their staff was so patient and friendly with our group. We very much appreciated their service and of course the food was great too.

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews unless it’s beyond superior or extremely bad service. Today was extremely bad. A little backstory… our daughters school had a fundraiser so naturally we supported it. Our daughter gets sick and we didn’t know her vouchers were in her take home folder which was at school. She returns to school the day after the fundraiser ended 3/17. We had to pick up the food we paid for on 3/16. My husband called and spoke with the manager on duty at 5:17pm on 3/17. We explained why we couldn’t pick up the food on the day we should have and they told us they we honor the vouchers but needed some time to get the food ready. We asked if it would be okay to pick up the food today 3/18. They said yes and we have a time we would be there so it was ready. We arrive and the manager on duty, Jenny, told us no that the pick up day had passed. We explained the above and she said she would look into. She returned to our vehicle with just the brownies and said she would not be giving us the chicken nuggets. We told her she could easily contact the manager that we spoke to to verify. We also said we didn’t want just the brownies. We were to get everything we paid for and she proceeded to tell us with attitude that she was not going to honor the vouchers. Jenny then went back to do whatever and came back with all the food. She never apologized and continued to have attitude while giving us the food. She treated us as if our intentions were to show up and have a massive argument with anyone there. If we were told the night before that they would not have honored the vouchers we would have just taken it as a loss since our daughters school still earned the money. So this review is based on the customer service we received today by Jenny. If our kids didn’t love this place, we’d likely never eat at this location again.
